I have been to Dr. Allen many times in the last year for a contact prescription and multiple cases of eye infections that I’m prone to. He has always been friendly and professional, even talking to my two small children to keep them occupied. Because of my continuing eye infections, he didn’t even have me pay for my last visit. I’ve been wearing contacts and glasses for 13 years and never had such pleasant experiences at the eye doctor! Thank you Dr. William Allen and staff of Jasper, Tn. From the minute you walk in the door up to the time you leave the team is focused on helping you in any way they can for your eye care needs. They are exceptionally friendly and highly skilled professionals. I have recommended them to several friends. Just think about it they take time to help you they are not over booked and hurrying you through the entire process even picking out the frame you want and need they take the time to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied with your new addition. I have double vision and cataracts (which Dr. Allen does not treat) and he has helped me with my lenses after others could not get them correct.
