Dr Baird’s front office staff is very pleasant and efficient. His wait time is minimal. Will allow you time to express all concerns and then helps to decide a plan of action. The Ochsner app is a great tool to communicate with him or staff. They are prompt will replies.

I was very happy with the whole staff, everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Dr. Baird was also very nice, informative, and helpful. The whole experience and being able to see my lab results on the app really made me very happy I picked Dr Baird.

Sincere interest in my health and well being. On top of his game and in concert with Digital Medicine. Most of all patient with me.

Can’t say enough good about Dr. Baird. He is easy to talk to and will discuss options for treatment you may need. Have been seeing him since 2005.

Excellent doctor. Been seeing him for over ten years now.

I have been going to Dr. Baird for many years. I trust him with my life. He found 2life threatening diseases in my body. He is one of the most knowledgeable Drs. I have ever been to. If he doesn’t have an answer for you, he will search until he finds the right solution. The best!

Easy access to virtual visit. Moreover, Dr Baird is an amazing compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He recognizes me as a human being and takes all the time necessary to treat me. Time with a patient is so important!

Dr. Baird is very thorough. He wants an answer as much as the patient. When I ask a question on My Chart, I always get a response. He is easy to talk with and listens!

The office was very clean and organized. The nursing staff is very helpful. Dr. Baird is amazing. He truly takes the time to listen to my concerns and what I believe is the best plan of care for me. If he disagrees with me, he throughly explains why and helps you as a patient understand your diagnosis. I highly recommend him!!

Well, as always, I had no problem getting in to c doc Baird, he is always to the point, which I am too, had no problems with signing in, it was refreshing to b able to c the doc without a lot of ,, waiting, an wondering . Very good service , tks????⚡️

Dr. Baird is an outstanding physician in whom I have the utmost confidence and trust. He has been my primary care physician for eleven plus years. He, his PA and nurses are easy to contact and communicate with before, during and after appointment visits. He has always gotten it right regarding my health issues and has taking time to answer questions and explain to assure understanding.

I was very impressed with Dr. Baird's thoroughness and manner. This was the first time I had seen Dr. Baird and I was very happy with my experience.

Dr. Baird is wonderful. He truly cares about his patients even when they want to be difficult. After ignoring his advice for some time, had a procedure done finally, and thank God I did. It might have saved my life. He is awesome!!!!
