I was referred to Dr. Bloom by my pcp. He was able to see me sooner than other specialists, which I appreciated. He did not, however, take my complaints seriously at all; told me it was probably nothing. He talked more about his running injuries than about my symptoms. I was later diagnosed with a stage IV malignant tumor. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but I am glad I kept pursuing a diagnosis. His staff was not very courteous, either.
