Disappointed that a prescription could not be called until 5:30 pm because the Dr. was busy and had other patients. WHAT!!?? You are with and seeing me RIGHT NOW and I am your patient at this moment so take the time and call in the prescription. How hard is that? I guess I am not important while I am there, sitting in the exam room with the Dr. for them to call in the prescription as I sit there. Now I have to return to town tomorrow to get my prescription at Walgreens. What a crock and a poor way to do business and treat patients. Office has gone downhill since Dr. Garlic has left. I have been with Garlick and Murray for thirty years. This is truly a physician's office that operates on patient comfort and takes the time to ensure we are safe. Never in a hurry. I love Annette Willett, her sense of humor and she sincerely cares. Drs. Murray, Garlick, Willette, and the entire staff are five stars and more.

Excellent doctor, treats you like a patient, and not like an invoice, never in a rush. Been his patient for over a decade. This is how medicine should be. Dr. is not rushed. appointments are readily available. My impression was that many years of experience were behind the discussion I had with the Physician. Dr. was able to thoroughly discuss medical issues with me and recommend good current resources for further exploration.

Dr. Garlick has been my family doctor for a good number of years. He is a fantastic and caring as is his staff.

Dr.Garlick is literally the best doctor I have ever seen. He listened to me and we talked about my overall health for about 30 minutes and he didn't seem annoyed when I said I preferred to fix my health naturally and he didn't even mention medication because he knew I didn't want that. He was so sweet and took the time to get to know me and asked about my previous health problems. We talked about mindfulness and its importance in stress reduction. He is a great GP for anyone looking for a doctor to really inquire about your health and not just treat the symptoms but get down to the root cause! Dr. Garlick always gives me his full attention and time. He listens to me and has always provided an accurate diagnosis and healing response. After 6 years seeing him, I would highly recommend his practice.

While visiting Pittsboro this spring, I found myself in a bit of a bind due to Medicares new 'rules'. Not expecting to be home for at least a month and having unsuccessfully called other Doctors, I called this office for an appointment. Surprisingly, they could get me right in.The staff was very understanding and helpful. No waiting in the entry room for an hour either, just minutes.The Doctor was up to date on Medicare's policies and took his time with me and my situation. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and at ease with this out-of-towner. I recommend Dr. Garlick to anyone preferring the the old way of actually talking to a patient and taking down the history himself. Thank you.
