Dr. Gibson put me on Alprazolam (Xanax) in 2012. I became addicted and would get the shakes if I didnât have it at night. Getting off of it was incredibly hard and took much of my energy and time for half of a year. My quality of life is better now, but I still feel like Gibson is not as careful prescribing meds as he should be. He seemed to genuinely care, but his job is to prescribe and monitor meds.

I saw this person some years ago and am appalled he is still around. This person was unpleasantly negative, unhelpful, damaging ,in that he lacked any skills in encouragement at all. He caused great hurt. I thought at the time that he was downright unethical and ignorant as well as incredibly cruel and lacking in even a cursory compassion. He was very very hurtful, and downright wrong.
