After being unhappy with another partner in the practice, at the advice of a colleague, we got a second opinion from Dr. Hulbert. While the first urologist spent less than 5 minutes with me and was extremely condescending when I asked any questions about my baby’s surgery, Dr. Hulbert spent more than adequate time with us, going so far as to draw out the anatomy on the exam paper and explaining the procedure to me and ensuring I understood it; taking time to explore what questions I had. He repaired my child’s inguinal hernia and worked together with a pediatric general surgeon who corrected another hernia. He was quick to keep my apprised of my baby’s status after surgery and made a very stressful time of our life easier. He is the gold-standard for atraumatic care when it comes to pediatric urology, and there’s not another pediatric urologist on earth I’d recommend. Dr. Hulbert treated my twin sons 25+ years ago, and was wonderful with them and with us parents. To this day, when I think of excellence in medicine, I think of Dr. Hulbert.

My son has been cared for and followed by Dr.Hulbert since birth, excellent urologist!

We have been with Dr. Hulbert for 16 years . He is amazing he is great with what he does! Explains everything in detail and it great with letting youvwhat the next step it!

Dr.Hulbert has provided oustanding surgery's and care for my son since he was an infant and has continued to provide nothing but the best care he practice with his heart and i would definitely suggest him thats if your looking for the best look no further and I'm currently not a Rochester resident.

Dr. Hulbert and his staff are amazing! He performed surgery on my 5 year old and went above and beyond! He was very kind and informative about everything! I would recommend him 100÷!
