Dr. Jackson has been my doctor since 1985, he's not only a great doctor, but has become a great friend, I hope he has a wonderful and happy retirement I will miss him a lot. Best wishes to him and his wife, Joy Palermo

His negligence killed someone I love. He failed to diagnose health issues I was having. I wouldn't allow this guy to treat dogs. He's too old and incompetent to continue practicing and should quite honestly be in jail. My whole family had the unfortunate experience of having him as a PCP and all of us are worse for it. He failed to diagnose cancer, prescribed a medication that was a known allergy leading to a death, and failed to diagnose a significant genetic disorder that cost me years of my life. Everyone deserves better.

So rude worst ppl ever dont help anyone that r all losers dont there jobs an if u r Special needs do not go there They are prejudiced and do not care about ppl who need help im going to sue is how bad thy r

45 minute wait at minimum, every single time I see him. Both Dr. William Jackson,and Dr. Shane Murry are exceptional Dr's! Very knowledgeable, courteous, and informative! It is too bad that they have a rude,arrogant, and egotistical receptionist! That has no business being in the medical field!!!!!!

Extremely rude receptionist, told me I was snippy and she'd be happy to find me a new Dr. On the other hand appointment and Dr Jackson was amazing. Very pleasant and made me feel comfortable by the end of first visit. It's to bad I was treated so poorly by other staff ..would make my pcp but I'll settle with having him for specificity GI. Dr. William Jackson has been my Primary care physician for over 10 years. He is a very caring, kind and thorough. When I had chest pains and stopped in the office without an appointment he immediately got me in for testing, I was very impressed with his concern for me as his patient. He is also very nice to talk to and has a sense of humor. I would recommend him highly as a Primary Care Physician and as a Gastrointerologist. I have been seeing Dr Jackson for gastroenterology for several years now. His bedside manner is warm and personable, he listens to the patient, and truly cares. It turns out that I have not one, but several gastric diagnoses. When I kept coming back with symptoms, unlike the previous doctors I had been to, he kept looking for answers. Only drawback - he spends a long time with each patient so later appointments will end up waiting! Bring a book! He'll take that time with you as well!

Wild Bill Jackson is a seasoned doctor who stays up to date on things. He is crazy popular with the admins and nurses at Anna Jaques Hospital, which says ALOT. I have found him to be delightful to work with. Takes his time, takes detailed notes, votes for conservative treatment where possible. He has been doing my colonoscopy exams for many years, and I have a high risk for colon cancer. I highly recommend him!
