Top notch doctor! He did my 4 year old tonsil removal, we couldn't have had better care! Called us later that night and the next day to check on us, he truly cares about the patient!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks doc

Dr. Marasovich is by far the best doctor in the Pittsburgh and surrounding area. I have had ear problems since early childhood and don’t know what I would do or where I would be without him! He is such a professional! Dedicated to his field and the most caring and detailed doctor I’ve ever been to. Wish he could be my PCP, life coach and so much more. The most wonderful person!

Wonderful doctor I can’t say enough about this man. He has saved me and my family many of times from horrible ear/sinus infections. He is a very compassionate, considerate and down to earth doctor. He is solution oriented, professional and really knows his stuff. He values his patients and never treats them like they don’t matter. My whole family has been going to his practice since my grandmother was a young woman. If there ever is a long wait to be seen it’s only because he is doing things correctly and doesn’t treat his patients like a number. So in my opinion it’s worth the wait. I hope that he doesn’t retire any time soon because he is a rare gem and modern doctors aren’t even in the same league. Wonderful doctor I can’t say enough about this man. Sat in waiting area for over an hour while some dr came in with no appt and was seen ahead of all scheduled PAYING patients. Also receptionist accused me of not signing in which I had done. Very long waits at previous appt also. This doctor is so respectful and caring. He listens to everything and gives you time to think about your options. He informs and empowers his patients. My whole family feels safe with him!

My entire family has seen Dr M for one thing or another. He is a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor! He spends ample time listening to you, explaining everything and examining his patients. He goes above and beyond. He makes you feel like you are important and your concerns matter to him as much as they matter to you. There are not many doctors left like Dr M. We absolutely adore him!

Called this morning got appointment this afternoon and I am a new patient.

Dr. Marasovich is exceptional! I highly recommend!

Highly recommend! I recently went for a physical and the doctor saw something in my ear, it was "little white things" they could not get one out with tools or flushing but could see them. Doctor was confident it wasnt organic, bugs, etc but in 20+ years never saw anything like it ... so I searched and found Dr Marasovich who was excellent, saw me the same day I called and one quick look and he said your not going to believe this I've only seen this 3 times in my career ... but it's sand! From the beach! (Was at the beach a cpl months ago) never knew it was there and probably would have been fine there but very happy to get it out! He prescribed drops, used them for 3-4 days to loosen everything up and he got every spec out! Very kind, professional and capable, if you need an ear doctor or surgeon Dr Marasovich is your guy! First of all I've had the pleasure of speaking with individual office staff. Each competent but, nicer & kinder than the last. Dr. Maranovich is a first class, top shelf, professional. Highly informative, with the knowledge & experience of his career. A caring & engaging human being with a superior intellect. I don't usually post reviews for doctors, but Dr. Marasovich is so wonderful that I really wanted to share. My son was getting ear infection after ear infection after ear infection. He was about 9 months old and had been on so many rounds of antibiotics and miserable the whole time - not sleeping, always congested, etc. We finally skipped the pediatrician who was little help, and went to Dr. Marasovich based on recommendations from others. He was so wonderful with my baby, and could see immediately that he needed tubes. He fit us in just days later because my son was so miserable, and said only in exceptions would he do tubes for babies under 1 unless it were really necessary. It was totally painless, so fast, and solved all my son's problems. A year later the tubes are still in place but we suspect my son needs his adenoids out as well, and once again Dr. Marasovich was wonderful and advised us to wait until my son is a bit older and to come back to track it. He explains things in a way you can understand, he's so wonderful with children, and you can just feel that he really cares about his patients and even the parents. I'll recommend him 1000 times. He took his time even when the office was filled and was the kindest, most caring doctor.

I must have come on a backed up day because I had to wait an hour before getting to see the doctor. I was ready and fully intend to write a bad review. But then I got to see the doctor. He was very kind, helpful, and diligent in going over my issues and how to fix them. Nothing but positive reviews for him, but that wait time was awful

A most thorough and caring doctor who has helped our family on so many occasions. We are elated to have him as our doctor and friend.

Really Thorough, Kind and Learns You. My one Dr. referred me over to Dr. Marasovich. I am SO glad he did. He takes the time to learn you, even if there are other people waiting His staff is responsive. Dr Marasovich is what I will call 'gently aggressive' he has some old school 'magic' he will use and of course is not prescription happy but provides what is needed to make you better. He digs deeper to get to the root of the cause. I have been battling with ENT issues for a while and he is working on these piece by piece. Since this is a place for all of you to learn about the Dr. let me dig in a bit and share more, so you have details, that you may want to know. You need to know if you go: It does get busy, so be prepared, he is in demand, but they really seem to work to get you on the schedule. Maryann (sp?) is the nicest lady and tries to accommodate everyone. There are Saturday Hours. Yes, there are. I suggest a later morning appointment if you can get one just from experience. ON Saturdays it is cash or check only. During the week you can use a Credit Card. (just so you know) He provides allergy shots here and there are always clients getting this service. That is often why the waiting room is filled. Parking is not comped (just in case you want to know that) but the hospital has plenty of covered parking. The only thing I would say that I dislike is that there is no way to get anything done, unless you go there to pick up a prescription. The office has no computer, schedules are done by hand in an appointment book but no on a computer, so if you forget your appointment, you must have some idea of when it is before calling in and asking the receptionist to find it. Also prescriptions have to be carried from you to the pharmacy. I don't care, but since I am reviewing to share I want you to be aware. Files here are not online but really paper. I think this is the charm of the office. He is top of his game, listens, understands, does not over prescribe or under prescribe medication. Dr. Marasovich seems to just attack the issues that cause illness piece by piece. If it is out of his realm he will tell you. Just plain honest and good. After visiting an awful ENT at AGH who did nothing but add testing for issues I did not have so they could collect on insurance, yet never found any issues, I am so glad to have dug deeper for a different referral. Go prepared to discuss your issues. Make sure any other Dr. you work with can FAX your records so you have what you need to help out Dr. Marasovich. Best doctor I've had, and I don't say that lightly. Very nice and professional, not even two minutes in the room and he was "I know how we will treat this" and was very informative for me. It was such a relief after a month with doctors who didn't even give me the time of day into seeing what was wrong with me and just tossing pills at me. I highly recommend him. My daughter (9) had her tonsils and adenoids removed by doctor Marasovich. He was great with her and her recovery was amazing. I would highly recommend him.

My 2 year old had tubes put in after several months of evaluation to determine whether she needed them. Dr. Marasovich was caring, efficient, and very informative. He called later that evening to check on my daughter and again the next day. We were completely satisfied with him.

Dr. Marasovich is a wonderful Physician! He helped my son and took his tonsils out! He is very competent, kind and very easy to talk with. He explains everything anc takes his time. I highly recommend him for your needs of allergies, tonsil removal and more! He is top notch!

Horrible woman representative on phone which rang about 20 times before someone even answered (no automated system) then was ignorant when I asked if they accepted my insurance (PPO). Horrible ear infection and was told I could call their business office then call back and make an appointment. Don't even bother calling this place if you're sick and in need of quick care! I have been to many ENT's due to life long battle of ear infections and allergies, by far the worst, so bad I'll wait to see another even though I'm in pain! Dr. Marasovich is a wonderful doctor, my daughter had her nose broken during a soccer game and he operated on a Wednesday and she went to her homecoming dance that Saturday. Couldn't even tell it was broken and no black eyes. Very kind and patient, couldn't recommend him enough.
