William David Mcclendon JR.

Dr McClendon is very knowledgeable and spends as much time as a patient needs. He never rushes the patient. He is very thorough and takes all my concerns seriously. He has never brushed any concerns aside. He makes valuable referrals and orders appropriate tests. He is a busy doctor so scheduled appointments are important. He knows his patients. They are it just a number to be rushed through.

Love Dr McClendon and his NP Brushaber very confident in my health care as well as both my elderly parents. However I don’t even know where to begin to talk about how frustrating the phone system is. It is impossible to get a person for anything other than making an appointment. You spend minutes upon minutes listening to different options before you can leave a message that is never returned or never addressed. And the staff while they are very polite and professional and I hate to say it but they’re just incompetent. I need help with signing up for Medicare and thought my doctors office would be the place to go get an unbiased opinion. Of course if I go to someone selling Medicare they’re trying to sell me so I was hoping for assistance from my doctors office. Silly me the insurance expert in the office didn’t have time to even return a call or when I went in person to even spend any time with me she sends a message back with the lady at the window who is very sweet. My advice is to get an office manager or if there is one retrain this one on a little bit of old fashion customer service. The patients are the doctors customers. And the office manager needs to step back and look at this from the patient’s point of view from the very beginning from the point in which they make the first phone call to this practice to the moment they walk in the door and throughout the whole process and that office managers job should be to make that a pleasant experience . I understand there is a business to run and a business side of it that is to be expected but there needs to be a little good old fashion customer service as I said. Again I love Dr. Mcclendon and he is very compassionate I have not been with a doctor in years that spends the amount of time with you and he will answer any of your questions and he will explain things clearly he is great. Dr. McClendon is through, good listener, answers questions you can understand. His office is comfortable and staff cheerful. My family has been with him for years.

Complete asinine!!! Not too sure what steps I’ll take next. To say I’m angry is an understatement!!! Perhaps legal action? Think twice about an elderly family member going to see this man. I pray my mother goes elsewhere

Professional and caring service by the doctor and all staff.

I highly recommend you find another clinic. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Billing is misleading. They tell you an amount and bill another. So thankful for my new Dr. where patient care is more important than money! I have no problem paying my balance if I had not been mislead.

In the beginning I liked him and I might still would if I ever saw him. I don't know they determine who sees him but I've only seen the nurse practioner for 2 years most of the time I can't an appointment with either for several weeks. Not helpful when you're actually sick! And I'd just been tho the ER and needed a doctor's excuse for work for the week. Staff is rude. Billing is dependent. won't accept or return calls, just gives excuse. They are money focused.

Dr. McClendon shows compassion and sympathy for his patients. He’s been working with my dad and has personally called to check on him with sincere concern. Dr. McClendon & Dr. Noble are so terrific with their desire to help, he listens carefully and has a wonderful bedside manner with his patients. She is a great partner when he’s unavailable!! She is so amazingnly compassionate, just as him, with the same amount of love, support and medical knowledge. The ladies in the front can’t go without being mentioned as well, Ryan and her team are superstars. Always willing to listen and their patience is a god-send. The office is always so clean and inviting, the assistants greet you with a smile when you are called back for vitals and overall it’s a wonderful experience before you see the Drs. Spends extra time with you and listens to what you have to say. Wait may be a little long but it's worth it.

I have yet to even see Dr McClendon ever, I have only see the nurse practitioner. To get results is impossible and no one not one will help me and I am in a lot pain and I guess they don’t care. I will never go back and will never recommend them.

One of the best doctors I have ever had. I have some complicated health issues. He works diligently to bring me the best health care. He listens, is not in a hurry, has a great depth of medical knowledge and it is clear that he cares about his patients. Because he does not rush through your appointment, there is a longer waiting time but that's because he is not rushing through the appointment of the person before you! Wish all doctors were like him! He's like family doctors used to be!

Dr. Mcclendon is very thorough in reviewing your medical conditions and lab work. He spends the time to discuss any issues and makes sure you understand what the plan is. He does tend to have a long wait time and may not be able to fit you in the same day unless it is urgent. He now has an NP working in his office. Dr Noble is also very knowledgeable and explains what medications and why. I have many long term conditions so need a physician who is thorough and takes the time needed.

Has extremely poor billing practices, long wait time. Would not recommend.

Dr McClendon Jr, is just what me and my husband was looking for he shows concern and compassion toward his patients. He reviews all test and is knowledgeable when it concerns your health. Their are not many doctors like him we appreciate him. Now he needs to check on his office staff they have a habit of taking the phone off the hook I timed them on February 7,2019 the phone was off the hook from 9am until10:30 I finally gave up on calling.

New patient. Second visit and so far so good. Listens to concerns and is very knowledgeable. Phone system not so good but office staff friendly.

His wife runs the show. I wouldn't send my dog to this man. Poor communication, tells you one thing and does another. Hope you never get too ill because you'll need the hospital. No one returns messages.

After an unexpected hospital visit I was was tasked with finding a new primary care Doctor. Dr. Mcclendon came highly recommended by the hospital staff. Even though I was a new patient, I was able to schedule an appointment within one day from leaving hospital. Dr. McClendon and his staff was attentive and extremely helpful with all of my matters. He took time to explain all the actions that would be taken and made me feel like I was important to him.

Dr. McClendon conducts a thorough review of each patients medical history and current status. He spends as much time as needed with each patient and does not let schedules interfere with his medical reviews and critiques. Dr. McClendon is booked and busy and his dedication to each patient may cause patient to patient schedules to suffer a bit but his thoroughness and medical effectiveness is exemplary. As a patient of his, be patient and you will be rewarded with great medical care.

Contrary to the other two reviews he is a caring Dr. And listens and discusses your health issues with you we like him and think he is a good Dr

Apathetic, acts like he couldn't care less. Prescribed potent medication for minor condition - poor judgement. Phone system only works half of the time, prescriptions get "lost" getting to pharmacy.

This id one of the worst Drs on the planet. Every excuse for not refilling your meds. He's out of town for the week. Their in clinicals for days and can't get to you.i watched a older lady whom feel and hit her head come in and they said you don't need stitches go home.suppose to be a family man,more like a money man.and thats ok,one day when he's old karma will show him what he put others through.
