DR mehserle is one fantastic doctor he replaced both of my knees with a very small incision. Both of my knees are like new again and I thought it would never happen but thanks to DR mehserle I can walk pain free. I’ve seen people that had knee replacements and they have a scar10” long mine is about 5-6 inches long this is the go to doctor for any orthopedic surgery just a great doctor and a great person.

I admire this doctor tremendously!!! I took a fall and broke my ankle in multiple places. He performed surgery and fixed it with plates and pins. He did a great job and my ankle healed beautifully. Because I fall often due to an auto immune disease that destroys mt muscles, Dr. Meserle suggested a leg brace that locks so when my legs buckle unexpectibly i can catch myself. My wife had both knees done a month apart. Dr. Mehserle was a blessing! Extremely small scar, back to 100% after a few short weeks, after 6 weeks we are walking 6 miles a day with no pain. His team is wonderful, from his nurses, the physical therapist, just couldn’t have gone any better!

I chose to see Dr. Mehserle as a result of reading all these glowing reviews. Sadly, I did not have the same experience. After waiting about an hour, he spent under 5 minutes with me. Told me my X-rays revealed nothing amiss with my knee, and gave me one exercise to do. When I questioned whether one exercise was enough, he assured me that was all I needed. I did the exercise religiously, and my knee continued to get worse. It became swollen and it was difficult to walk. Rather than return, I saw an excellent surgeon in Boston who saw clear evidence of arthritis in my knee - "bone-on-bone." The reason it hadn't shown up on Dr. Mehserle's X-rays is that they only took limited views, none with the knee bent. The damage that was in my knee was missed due to inadequate X-rays, and the one exercise he prescribed would only have strengthened the quad anyway - all the muscles around the knee need to be strengthened.

Very caring and professional. Is very thorough and focused which I liked very much. His staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Yes !I have not used him but he is partnered with Dr Jacquith and we know that he would not work with an Md if he was Not on his level I know friends that have used him and think he is very good!

Went to Dr Mehserle with knee pain. As a paramedic, I had managed to tear most of the cartilage in both knees. These pieces would occasionally float into the joints, which was excruciating. He asked me to walk for him, which is a reasonable request to assess the knee joints. He then made fun of me, asking "Were you always bow legged?". I said no. He then says " Well you are now!", laughing. This from a surgeon who has made a living working with people who have intractable joint pain. Who should know that great pain, arthritis and no knee cartilage would make people walk "funny"because they are in pain. Skip this Dr. He loves himself enough for the rest of us. Great guy, Calls it the way it is. He replaced my left knee 2 years ago and to be perfectly honest I have zero discomfort. I walk more than 10K steps per day without an issue. I’m an amputee of my lower right leg do to a land mine in Vietnam, thus the need of my left knee replacement Mehserle is a 5 * surgeon in my opinion. Dr. Mehslere is caring. Seen for gastroc strain with developed DVT after a fall. Dr. Mehslere has been in practice for 33 years. He seems to genuinely care for his patients and the suffering they may be experiencing. His office is run very well and his staff are knowledgeable. .

The ultimate best surgeon I have had the pleasure of knowing. He also is a very compassionate, caring & a pure joy to know as a person. Dr. Mehserle has performed three different operations on me & every operation was a success, correcting my disability & just like the doctor said what the outcome would be. When I talk to people & they ask who performed my operations & I tell them his name many have said that they have only heard good medical outcomes. His entire office staff is very professional also, leaving you with an innermost feeling that they do care & take an interest & willing to help with any questions or information that you may ask for. Dr. Mehserle, is very skillful @ doing total knee replacements. My internist complemented me on the size of the incision, it is very small compared to what he sees on other people who have the same procedure. Dr. has always been willing to discuss and explain things to my understanding & he and his staff are friendly and courteous. The whole office responds to questions and request with politeness and promptness.

Only had a two day stay in hospital and then had visiting nurse and home therapist. Then had therapy at Rehab center for four weeks going three times a week. Very small incision on knee which looks great. Dr Mehserle most caring.

The economics of Medicare often lead some physicians to time-block appointments and to rush procedures. Dr. Mehserle was efficient but patient, deliberate and precise throughout my knee surgery. He scheduled minimum but perfect sedation and I awoke rapidly in the recovery room with no noticeable pain. He also personally called me the next day to insure that I was proceeding well.

Dr Mehserle recently performed knee replacement surgery on me. He and his staff were excellent. They did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff

I didn't think that at age 91 a knee replacement could or would be done. However, the pain was bad and my left leg was bowed so what could be worse? Dr. Mehserle did a masterful job of replacing the knee and straightening the leg. Rehab was difficult at first but within 3 weeks I was walking without a walker or cane and soon the pain was forgotten.

Dr. Mehserle performed a total knee replacement on my left knee. I was back on my bike within 3 months!

He did a great job on my mom's knee.

I am delighted with his surgical expertise and his exacting, caring approach to patient teaching offered by Dr. Mehserle. He performed my left total knee replacement less than 7 weeks ago and I am able to walk independently with physical therapy follow-up. I plan to have my right total knee surgery as soon as possible. My experience was very poor. Not with the doctor but with the people who took care of the appt. She even asked me for my Social Security number. I hope this is secure. Then, she started to diagnosis :We do not treat back pain." I have no idea why she said that. I pay monthly (A and B gov) and Blue Cross/ Blue Shields. I cancelled my appt. She mistreated me.
