Dr Novak is caring and listens to your concerns. I feel he is very honest with his answers to my questions. I've been seeing him for over 5 years and he is wonderful.

Staff was rude on dec 5 didn't know there codes could not get me checked in they should know their jobs try greeting the painent before you say what you cant do

Dr. Novak is excellent with explaining what is going on with you. What test he is going to have you do. He listened to what you have to say. I’m so thankful that he was on call, when I went to ER at Akron General, in Montrose. He saved my life. Will always be grateful to him.

Short wait time. Dr. Novak spends as much time as necessary to answer questions. He has always gone the extra mile to help me.

Both he and his MA have taken a lot of time listening to my concerns and trying different methods of limiting my migraines and improving other aspects of my health. The staff seems to have genuine concern for their patients. I've never had to schedule an "urgent" appointment but they try their best to get me in within a reasonable time frame. Dr Novak is excellent at providing me with explanations that aren't too confusing.
