I was a loyal patient for over a year, took all 4 of my kids here. They shut down with no notice, no letters, and no way to obtain medical records. Frustrated beyond belief with the absolute disregard of those patients that were the most loyal.

In the emergency room on a Sunday at one in the morning at Ozark health in Clinton, Ar Six Hours of acute pain, cramps, vomiting, diarrhea. The nurse was wonderful. The doctor did nothing for me at all. Nothing for pain, saw him two times, during this ordeal, once after hours of suffering, then when I left. The nurse was very helpful, compassionate and made sure I got rehydrated. He acted like he was too busy, and he did not want to help me. No one should have to suffer like I did.

He seem to care about my health and is taking care of my problems
