Dr Sterba and his team provided excellent treatment for my hip replacement. Informative consultation, positive results from hip replacement surgery and a very caring personality.

Dr Sterba has impressive surgical & people skills. He hears you & works with you to find the right solution. No rush to surgery if there are other treatments. He is kind & caring. From robotic-assisted to general approach, he ranks the highest in my book. Two robotic knee replacements for my husband, and my recent hip replacement gives me a true perspective. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him! And...his staff is just as top-notch!

Dr. Sterba is an excellent surgeon. He has done total hip replacement surgery on both of my hips. He has very good bed side manners. He asks all of the right questions to gather all of the information needed to make the best decision. He has given me new life with no pain! He’s so nice that I look forward to visiting him!

Dr Sterba performed my second knee replacement in 2013. The experience with him versus my first knee replacement was a difference of day and night. Bedside manner was always very caring, open to questions and good advice along the healing way. Great doctor!!

I see one review was negative about Dr Sterba. Not sure as to the issue but my experience with Dr Sterba was excellent. He's mild mannered, very thoughtful, listened intently, seemed determined to get the job done exactly right and freely engaged in a question and answer regarding my issue and prognosis (hip replacement). He picked up on a medical issue regarding the outcome sooner than I did by closely observing me. I have only good things to say about my experience with Dr. Sterba.

Dr. Sterba and his staff at Northwestern Medicine as well as Central DuPage Hospital are outstanding! I flew from Alaska to see Dr. Sterba. I would definitely return to see him again as my surgeon if the need were to arise. Dr. Sterba is caring, very thorough in the pre and post op recommendations. I found him to be patient and to answer all of my questions. Many of my questions, I am sure that he has had to answer hundreds of times yet he treated me and my family with respect and with care!

I had avascular necrosis and Dr. Sterba did an amazing job on my hip replacement. I was up and about in around two weeks. His staff is super friendly and helpful.

The anterior total hip replacement performed by Dr. Sterba and his team at Delnor Hospital and the after surgery results, far exceeded my expectations. There was very little pain after the procedure and after 6 weeks, I can hardly tell which hip had the surgery. I feel this is because Dr. Sterba and his caring staff, really take considerable time explaining procedures and providing specific instructions and follow-up on pre and post surgery activities & medications. DO YOUR REHAB!!!!!

Dr Sterba replaced my right hip at Central Dupage Hospital in September, 2014, and did a wonderful job. I found him to be both professional and personable. He always answered my questions promptly, never kept me waiting and, judged by the results, is clearly skilled in the OR. As a bonus, his staff is first-rate as well. I give him my highest recommendation!

Horrible bedside manner can only diagnosed The obvious unable to see deeper damages think outside the box or seek real relief for clients if you go to him you're literally putting your health in your own hands do yourself a favor and look at Elsewhere Dr. Sterba office absolute joke unless you just need basic surgery and literally nothing else!

Extremely knowledgeable and superior expertise. Excellent bedside manner. He takes time with his patients, answers questions completely and encourages the patient to ask questions.
