I have known Dr. Swann, DO for 31 years and have seen him deliver excellent care to every patient every time. His bedside manner and clinical skills have always been superior.

The worst doctor I ever been in contact with.I was bitten by two ticks and had a silver dollar red spot on my leg just above the knee and he would not listen to me. He cracked my neck and back and told me that might help. I had flu like symptoms and was sicker than a dog. All he did was asked if I was around anyone sick and I told him no I was bitten on the leg by a tick. He told me he was not prescribing anything for me today and sent me home. I had to go to a walk in clinic where I was given a medication for over active muscle spasms and for the bite and was told to get blood work. Now I suffered 8 days from a tick bite no help from him and when I felt I was going to die I find out I have lime disease.I had to report him because he would not listen to what I was telling him and to help the next patient who was bitten and he did nothing. Please don't go to this doctor if you feel you was bitten by a tick. This doctor knows who I am. No need to leave my name.He knows. he is a quack .

I saw Dr. Swann for an infected laceration. My finger tendon had gotten nicked, and the infection was only getting worse. He drained the wound, cleaned it with saline, and put steristrips and a bandaid on it. He said I should be fine without an antibiotic. The infection spread to most of my finger by the time I was able to get an appt with a different doctor three days later. The pain got so bad I could barely sleep two nights in a row. It could've been an easy fix, but he made it 10X worse.
