Dr. William Vincent Swoger

Dr. Swoger has changed over the years. He use to listen to his patients and have a decent bedside manner. Now he acts like he could careless about his patients, no sign of humanity in him. He does not take his time with his patients and does not listen to anything they tell him. My last appointment he spent 3 minutes and 34 seconds in the room, I timed him. I have meet a lot of his other patients as well and we all say the same things. He was good but has changed, turned more into a robot than a human. Lacks compassion. I have left many appointments feeling hopeless and without help because I felt I did not have a doctor who cared enough to help me live or gain better quality of life. His staff does not return calls and if they finally do they are not caring or friendly on the phone. I hope Dr. Swoger one day finds a way to get in touch with what inspired him to go into medicine in the first place.

Great people. They treat you well. If you have any concerns they always help.

Horrible!! He doesn't care about people like a doctor should. No compassion or bedside manner what so ever. He's cold and aragent and egotistical. He walked in the room, no hello or anything and asked me if I had cancer. Who is the doctor and who is the patient? When I asked him about a procedure he actually shrugged his shoulders and told me, didn't ask me or even talk about it, that he was sending me to the lung transplant team at the real clinic. There are no words to describe how horrible I felt. I left there and just burst out crying in the hall way. I will never go back to him again!! He has an assistant, Stephany, who is great but she, at the end of the day, has to answer to him. She is waisting her time with him. Maybe she could teach him a few things. Like being human. He is a monster!!!

My last appointment he spent 3 minutes and 34 seconds in the room, I timed him. I have meet a lot of his other patients as well and we all say the same things. He was good but has changed, turned more into a robot than a human. Very smart but lacks compassion. The community was very excited when he moved into the hospital, I just wish he showed more compassion, acted like he cared, anything to not make you feel like he is only seeing you for the money. His staff sadly has lost it too, they do not return calls, and when they do they are not caring or friendly on the phone. I hope Dr. Swoger one day finds a way to get in touch with what inspired him to go into medicine in the first place.

Dr Swoger knows what he’s doing! He listens to you answers your questions.He even knows things that other drs misses and discusses with you.

The doctor is located in U.I.M.S. building. Nice personality and takes care of all your respiratory and sleep apnea needs.
