Very unhelpful and not caring over the phone. I feel very uncomfortable talking to him when he is on call. He just sounds uncaring and disinterested. He definitely chose a wrong profession.

Dr Trager is not our pediatrician but we have had to use him for urgent situations over the last 5 years. He is not very compassionate or helpful and is actually somewhat rude. When I call and find out that he is the on call I take my children to the emergency department.
