I have had him for three years and he is one of the best Dr.s I’ve had very informative,kind and has good bedside manner he cares about his patients.Best Dr. in town

Dr. Fayad is a wonderful doctor and I have had nothing but good experiences with him for over a decade. His staff, however, are rude, unprofessional and disorganized! As someone who works in healthcare, I am surprised at the lack of customer service they show.

My husband arrived for test in oct. he was refused his test because of a missed appointment almost 2 months prior. I explained we were new patients, we didn’t know we had an appointment, also hadn’t receive a reminder. Marie fixed the issue. At this point we started receiving reminders. We were seen by Dr several time since the appointment in question. Why is this issue two months later? The new receptionist questioned us, reinstated the $25.00 fee for missing the unknown appointment. I explained again, She basically called me a liar. The new receptionist sneeringly said “ Maria isn’t here now”. I had two choices, pay $25.00 for a missed appointment or find a new Dr. the Dr is wonderful!! I can’t help but be concerned for his patient base, I don’t believe many seniors will want to deal with the arrogance , self important staff. Dr Fayad is always wonderful...a great Dr. who cares!!!

Dr. Fayad by far is an excellent doctor. Great bedside manners and very thirral on diagnosis and care. I love him very much.

Dr Fayad explains everything very well.

Dr Fayad and his staff were excellent to work with. They treated my elderly mother and me with patience and care. The follow up was immediate and helpful. Thank you

I've been with Dr Fayad for about 12 years. Best doctor ever. He is very knowledgeable. I have worked with many different doctors over many years in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. By far picks up on diagnosis better than anyone else. Office wait times are typically short. I recommended Dr. Fayad to all my residents and friends every chance I get. Dr. Fayad is very smart. I recommend him to all my assisted living residents, friends and anyone else who might need a great doctor. Best in town.

Very through, takes time to explain test results however can have a long wait to see him.

I would recommend Dr. Fayad , he is very understandable and good listener . I think the wait time is acceptable compared to other doctors in the area at least in my opinion . The staff is ok but can be more friendlier with patients.

I have nothing but good things and praise for Dr Fayad. He is one of the good guys, excellent Dr. very caring and smart. Great guy and very nice girls in his office. Best Dr. in town.

Went in to get a prescription for a different diabetic drug tester. Waited no the office for an hour and one half. Went to the desk clerk and ask what was going on? She went into the back area and then told me to go back. I then sat therefor over a half hour. I then ask the nurse what was going on. She left and came back with a prescription for a new tester. I then agent to the pharmacy and they said the prescription was it filled out right. I then went back to the Dr office the next day and again after a long wait she came out and told me I would have to take another test. I just got up and walked out. Very good Dr. Fayad really wants to take care of his patients.

We had EXCELLENT care while with Dr. Fayad. Yes the wait can be a longer time than some may like as I noted in other reviews - but we have waited MUCH longer at other Dr. Offices. Dr Fayad is personable & professional - a combination that is often not observed in the medical field. He is very thorough, he CARES, he makes time for his patients. He takes time to explain tests, procedures, diagnoses, etc. He WILL see you when you need him. We had EXCELLENT care while with Dr. Fayad. There were too many tests, some unnecessary, I felt. When I had acute bronchitis, I was unable to get an appointment with him. I had to go to a Urgent Care. I was more satisfied with the care I received in urgent care than Dr. Fayad office. So we wonder why we should have this Dr. if we are unable to see him when we need him.
