Dr. To is a true master. I had a hole the size of a nickel on my temple and now there is nothing and no distortion to my eye or brow. He's an amazing artist.

Dr. To is an amazing plastic surgeon. I have had more than one procedure with Dr. To. I have full confidence in his profound skill as a plastic surgeon. I have heard horror stories regarding other plastic surgeons in my area, but never have I heard anyone complain regarding Dr. To’s work. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plastic surgery.

Dr To has taken such good care of me and his team are equally fantastic. I’ve had an excision and cannot see the scar. I’ve also had filler on my cheeks and in my smile lines, and I love how gentle he is, how he takes his time, and how his assistants ice my skin before the injection. I always look natural—-every time!

Dr. To combines exceptional surgical skill with the eye of an artist to provide beautiful and natural looking results. He is also a very kind & approachable physician who listens to concerns, explains options, and follows up personally every step of the way. I was particularly impressed that he treats patients as equal partners in the process, expecting me to do my part as seriously and well as he was doing his. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of Dr. To & his wonderful staff.

Dr.To is simply the Best.....

Had a facial procedure with Dr. To with a wonderful result. My friend had just gone to another practice and they seemed like they were just trying to do as much as possible so they could charge her more. Dr. To actually did less than I thought he would and got the result that I wanted. Loved it!
