Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling with Jill was easy. Left a message she called right back and had me scheduled. Day of check in was greeted with a friendly receptionist. Nurses were amazing. Explained everything. I felt informed and supported in all ways. Dr. Guo was reassuring and super friendly (it mattered to me to meet him). Anesthesiologist (Mark?) also super supportive and friendly. I was nervous and out of my comfort zone in all ways but everyone was genuinely kind and caring. It's the little things that are the big things and this office and staff nailed it! Highly recommend.
Dr. Guo was exceptional! He interviewed me before the procedure, explained what would be done and said he would talk with me after. His staff was also excellent, caring and kind. He followed through with the talk after and explained everything to me in simple English. Great experience as far as medical procedures can be.
Had my colonoscopy last month. I found Dr. Guo to be professional, caring and attentive. Everything went smoothly and I have a high degree of confidence in him and his skills.
I am pleased to recommend Dr. Guo with the highest degree of confidence. He is professional and very thorough while presenting with a supportive and assuring manner.

I really strongly like and trust Dr. Guo. He's very thorough and 'western' in his approach to treatment. (He laughs at me for liking Chinese medicine so much!) Having a good sensed of humor and high intelligence, plus of course, qualifications is vital to me in choosing a doctor.
