This doctor is very rude and unprofessional.he is always in rush.he doesn’t care about his patients.As a new parent if we ask him questions he doesn’t answer much in detail.i would not recommend this pediatrician if you are new parents.he is very rude .

If I could give them no stars i would. Staff are very rude and can’t complete the simplest of requests. The office it’s self is very outdated and so are the minds of the people working there. If you’re not apart of their community don’t bother you won’t receive proper care or treatment. I’m so glad I’ve removed my family from the hands of this biased medical center.

I have been going to Dr.Y for 6 years ever since my first child was born. He is the best Doctor I have been to. I have multiple sclerosis for 14 years now and have not had a doctor treat me as well as he has. In other Doctor office you wait hours; at Briarwood Medical they are fast and accurate. The administrations staff is No BS but yet kind and understanding, they work with you via email, phone and in person. They call insurance companies and help as much as they can. They give medical documents fast and with understanding of forms. I my wife, my two children, and even my inlaws go see doctorY. You won't find another Doctor to pick-up calls at 3am or let you leave a message on his phone at 3am and call you back asap. He is caring and well knowledgeable on medicine. Anyone whom say otherwise either hasnt been to enough other bad doctor or is just foolish. I thank God that this man (Dr.Y) came into my wife room in the hospital and with his gentle but yet strong voice said "I'm your daughter Doctor come see me." Thank you Dr.Y

I’ve been coming here since 2016. Dr Y is very understanding, professional and is efficient. He gets the job done effectively. He’s a real doctor! Takes care of his patients with the most respect. I love that we can go as a family to all get checked out at same time. The staff is personable and reasonable, they are clean and organized and even through the pandemic, we never got sick going to visit the office. Fast and easy process. Highly recommend

Very professional staff and always helpful. Dr. Y is caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. He went out of his way to argue with my daughter's health insurance when they did not find if him as a provider and he still saw my daughter. I like that there is rarely a wait time. The max I have waited on a busy day was 20 minutes. He always knows the best treatments right away for my children. He has been seeing both my children since they were born at Mt Sinai South Nassau Communities Hospital. He is the pediatrician there and very reputable. I trust in him. These people don’t wear masks, staff is unprofessional. My doctors appointments they usually check my temp etc, how they don’t do this at a pediatrician? Especially during a pandemic. I don’t really write reviews, but in this case I really had to write a review about this place. I had the worst experience ever in this pediatric office. I brought in my daughter to get her ears pierced and the doctor that took her in to do the piercing was horrible. To start off he was very rough, he did not marked the ears before piercing them, and he ended up making the piercings crooked. I had to take them off immediately. Had a pleasant experience with Dr Y, he is tentative with our child's care. We have a 4 year old child and would not think of taking him anywhere else. His staff are always on top of records and willing to accommodate appointments at last hour.

Dr. Yagudayev is an extremely knowledgeable Doctor. Ever since my kids were born we have been going to Dr. Yagudayev. He is very attentive and is always available for you. His staff are great and very professional. I would recommend this Doctor and office to others.

Very unsatisfied. Our first visit we didn’t meet the doctor Yakov saw an NP. For the next few visits saw an NP STUDENT who does not introduce herself as a STUDENT, dresses with a white coat and administers vaccines without the guidance of the MD or NP. She’s still in training and I honestly believe she’s sharing the patients with doctor at that office. I stopped her when she tried to administer the vaccine to my child. I asked for the NP who she stated wasn’t in for the day, then I requested the Dr. That was my first time seeing him. He rushed in, administer the medication and then disappear. I’m sorry, but my child will not be someone’s Guinean pig. I no longer go there. Please be aware of who’s attending to your child. Your insurance covers you to see a DR or NP not a student. By the ways the child is weighed with all their clothes on at every visit which gives in accurate weight and they charge a copayment at every regular visits and scheduled you to visit every two weeks. Yagudayev Does not care about his patients, Went there twice to take my newborn, only a nurse saw my daughter, when I told him we been there twice and you didn’t take a look at my daughter, he said “ request me”. Recently the staff has changed and they’re not as friendly as they used to be. They don’t interact with the kids and I feel like that should be number one priority since they are a pediatric clinic. Also, they need to communicate more with each other because I had someone leave me a voicemail saying my child is due for his yearly visit and when I called back they had the nerve to say they never called and why am I calling to make an appointment so I tell them Schedule my child for blood work. Great care is given here everytime I come the doctors get me seen in and out blood work etc processed rapidly for my pro fight career ..they all know my name like norm from cheers and that's important to me familiarity and comfort when a doctors office can be a stressful place they make it easier to come by.

Stopped in for a checkup shortly after moving into the area and had an appointment with Dr. Yagudayev. It's tough seeing a new doctor for the first time, but Dr. Y and the staff were very professional and I felt like a regular coming in.

Our very first visit with my newborn was pleasant, but now I feel rushed. The Dr barely listens, he’s in and out. I feel as tho I got great treatment the first visit because we unfortunately had to pay cash for the visit, he gave us a humidifier a pump you name it. But now that I have insurance and I refused to do certain things for my baby he’s barely in the exam room. My visit today wasn’t even 5 mins. Didn’t weigh my baby or anything regardless if I didn’t come in for that. The staff is very nice, from day one. I’m getting the impression if it’s not a cash paying patient or a procedure that’s getting a good payback from the insurance this Dr doesn’t care too much for it. I like the fact that it was easy to get an appointment. On my first visit the front desk ladies were rude and cold, the doctor in the other hand was very nice. I went there because I believed I was drugged, she was very understanding and warm. I went back for the results, same story the ladies at the front desk looked so annoyed and you even have to force them to say good morning. This time the doctor was the same as the rude ladies. I also asked for my blood type on the first visit but they didn't get it. I felt like in a fast food place in and out with minimum human interaction. Everyone is so helpful. I love love LOVE Dr. Yagudayev. He has been committed to my family and I for over a decade. I never once thought about getting another doctor for my kids. My son went to him since he was 1 week old and now he is 11 years old. My daughter the same and she is 6 years old. I loved what his practice was doing for my kids so much that I too decided to change my Primary doctor to his practice. When I have had insurance lapses in the past, he still saw my children and I, working out a financial/payment plan that was conducive to my budget. While I was paying the money owed, my insurance was reinstated and he reimbursed me all of my money. What doctor do you know would do that? Additionally, I truly appreciate the fact that his hours are so flexible that I can see him on Sunday, before and after work during the week with little to no wait time. Also, If there was ever an emergency or health concern that was broader than his practice scope, he gave the necessary referrals needed to resolve them. In one case my son needed a referral for the ophthalmologist to receive eye surgery, we received the referral from Dr. Y to go to a top specialist who took my son's managed health care plan (medicaid). We went to the specialist and he gave him the surgery needed to correct the problem all the while calming me and my son's fears. I can go on and on, but to say that Dr. Y is nothing other than one of the best doctor in NYC is an understatement. Before I met doctor yagudaev , I changed five different pediatricians over the years. He is one of the most kind and caring doctors I’ve ever met. I called him after office hours and sometimes at night and he would call me back immediately . 10 Stars to this Doc .. very satisfied

I’ve been taking both my kids to Dr. Yagudayev for over 10 years, he did everything from piercing my daughters ears to diagnosing her with 100% accuracy! Very short wait time, very accommodating and lovely staff.

I know that if I have an emergency and just walk in without making an appointment he’ll always make himself available to see me. I would highly recommend Dr. Yagudayev to all.... children and adults. I had a severe ear infection and I was in a lot of pain....dr yagudayev was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful for his expertise. He is very patient and takes time to listen in every visit!!! I'm so thankful that we finally found a family doctor that we can trust. Dr. Y is the BEST pediatrician out there. He's been my kids doctor for almost 10yrs now. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly , especially the main front desk receptionist, she's the best.

Dr. Yagudayev is an amazing pediatrician. He has been seeing all my 3 kids since the day they were born. He is very knowledgeable, caring, helpful and is always there to answer all my questions. My kids look forward to their doctor visit's. I highly recommend Dr. Yagudayev.

Dr.yakov has been my family doctor since 1997 hes took care of my children and my entire family till today now he takes care of my grandchild, hes beyond amazing ,always available, he diagnosed me with cancer and helped me go through all my treatments was there for me and my family. He supported us all the way.. im so happy and thankful for all he does for my family. U never wait in his office him and his girls are super professional. They know what they doing. Dr. Yagudayev is an excellent doctor! He has been taking care of myself and my family for many many years. The staff at this office is excellent! Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The front desk receptionists are always accurate in what they do and are always so quick to help with any questions that I have. The most wonderful amazing Dr and staff. I wish I knew Dr .Yagudayev before and would not had to straggle with all previous pediatricians. My kids LOVES Dr Yagudayev and the office, always happy to go for appointment. Even for vaccinations or blood test, its done soo nicely, so kids do not cry ! You are always welcome in Dr . Yagudayev's office, staff are very friendly and professional. You can get appointment the same day. All necessary paperwork etc would be done in timely matter. Dr. Y has not only been my doctor for many years, but my son's doctor as well. He is very thorough and takes his time answering my questions. His staff is also very nice and always welcoming. Dr. Y will do whatever he can to always help out! My son was very sick once and my I was having a hard time changing the PCP on my son's insurance and Dr. Y agreed to give my son medicine anyway. My family and I have been with Dr. Yagudayev for about 17 years now, and I can honestly say that he’s the best there is. He’s an amazing, amazing doctor. He always been there for me when I need him. I have 3 children and thank God I have never had any issues with our wonderful doctor. He’s an incredible diagnostic, knows his stuff and is always on point with everything. I was disgusted by doctors treatment coz they didn’t give priority to my medical condition or sickness. Doctor seem like he don’t even wanna listen. Not worth going there.
