Absolute horrible experience and I didn't even get my son to see the Dr. The girl at the front desk, Jenna, was rude and wasn't even wearing a mask even though it was required of patients. They sent me new patient paperwork saying my appointment was at 3pm which was also on my calendar. I got there and she said without a care in the world, you missed it and cannot be seen, we have you down for 2:40pm. I showed her the letter and she didn't acknowledge the office made and error. She said she can get me in this week and then looked to tell me it will be 5 weeks before we can get in again. She was very cold and rude while my son is standing there. Didn't try to do anything else for us and I will never recommend. Immediately called my pediatrician for a different referral. Unfortunately my 10 yr old has to continue suffering with horrible migraines.

Dr. Snyder is empathetic, responsive and brilliant. She was able to quickly diagnose my daughters very complicated and unusual migraine disorder and help devise a path to wellness (when we went months seeing multiple specialists, suffering through a myriad of tests without any results). She is always accessible to us for questions and adjustments as we move through this disorder and seems to genuinely care about her patients. I would highly recommend her! I have been going to her for the past 3 years. When I first went to her I was throwing up on a daily and missing weeks of school at a time for chronic migraines. She has never stoped trying to get my migraine count down, and continues to. Trying to medication combinations. She is a little all over the place on occasion but a lot of what she says when she is gives you a deeper understanding on what’s she’s talking about. I can go and continue onto higher education without fear I will drop out from missing to much school.

Dr. Snyder was amazing! She bent over backwards for and fit my 9 year old in after normal hours for our first appointment. After three visits with her now it's like I have my child back to normal. She spent more time with us then any of the previous physicians calming my fears. I can't speak highly enough about her!

We are so happy to have a child neurologist where we don't have to wait for the big hospitals in Rochester!

Dr. Snyder was a godsend for this area. She was my child's doc for the last couple years. I just recently found out she left the WK network group. This is a terrible loss for the region. She and her office were amazing!

I was very pleased with positive results my son has seen under Dr. Snyder's care. My son went from daily seizures to almost completely non existent. Why no other physician could figure out the med combination I don't know. I am eternally grateful to have my little boy back!

My family has been to three other physicians in the past four years! Dr Snyder is the first that we truley felt comfortable with. Her staff has been superb, and I believe we have finally found our doctor. Thank you!

Friendly office staff, clean rooms, good waiting times. Dr. Snyder went above and beyond for my 4 year old. We have been very happy with her care.

Dr. Snyder was amazing. My child is not the easiest of children to deal with, but she was able to calm her down, and figure out what was happening when no other doctor could. We are extremely lucky to have her in Shreveport.

I was continually impressed Dr. Snyder and her staff. Throughout my whole experience at her office, I was treated with care and given a very thorough explanation of treatments. Also, although her waiting room is bright and inviting, I spent almost no time there. Her office is a godsend.

Excellent Doctor!

We were able to get in very quickly and were able to get our daughter diagnosed and were able to start treatment right away. She was very through and able to answer all our questions.

Dr. Snyder is so smart!. She takes time to sit down and explain things in a way that I can understand. I really feel like she respects and cares about me.

This lady has no bed side manners. Her office is a joke a rude. They give you false info and the run around on processing things.
