Dr Bracamontes was rude and scolded me in front of office and staff over a simple question.

I had a simple question but the Doctor didn't seem to understand what I meant...instead of letting me explain she quickly became upset and even said "You are messing with the wrong person." She was rude and arrogant with me, not sure if this is her usual self or was having a bad day but that was my personal experience. I opted to leave with unanswered questions as she was visibly irritated. Staff super friendly and the Dr doesn't rush, she listens, takes time with you.

Dr Yvonne Bracamontes has been my family Dr for over ten years. Dr. Bracamontes will answer questions, not in a rush with her patients and has a great staff too. I have been seeing Dr. B for numerous years. Professional and very knowledgeable. She always takes time to listen to me and her diagnosis is spot on. I searched a long time to find a doctor who will listen to my medical concerns and treat them. I have been hypothyroid for over 30 years. Many doctors tried different medications that were not working. I had requested a natural thyroid medicine that other doctors refused to give me but she was knowledgeable about this medicine and prescribed it for me and finally got my thyroid issue under control. She is innovative. She is one of the only doctors in the valley with an anti-aging certification. She personally will see every patient instead of using many PA’s like other doctors do to crank out more patients. Even though she sees patients herself there is minimal office wait time . She speaks English, Spanish, Polish and German all very fluently. She holds her doctors oath in very high regard and takes confidentiality seriously as she won’t even discuss my son’s or husband’s concerns with me before receiving their permission. She was proactive in requesting the CoVid vaccine and was one of the first private physicians to receive it. I would highly recommend Dr. Bracamontes. After years of seeking a competent doctor in the RGV, I found Dr. Brocamontes. She is state-of-the art, up to date on the latest medical science and her staff are outstanding. Nice polish doctor from germany. Listens to patient, diagnosis and prognosis are right on the money. Her staff are very nice and knowledgeable as well. Always get see her and not a Physician's Assistant. Office is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great doctor, found my problem right away that my previous doctor didn’t address

Great doctor!!! I would choose her over and over again. She really takes her time to explain everything to her patients. She is real patient. The office staff is the best they are ready by the time patients get there. The average wait time the most is 20-30 min. Excellent clinic I recomended 1000%!!!!!

It's all about the patient with Dr. B, she is very thorough and kind. Highly recommended.
