Zarko Kajgana

I can't say enough about Dr Kajgana. When I couldn't even get the dermatologist to answer my calls at the start of covid, I called this office on a recommendation. I had a suspicious lesion on the bottom of my foot. He got me in within a few days, took one look at the lesion and agreed it should be taken off immediately, which he did. Which was what I wanted. Sure enough it was a melanoma. I had 3 other surgeries after that and it all came back negative because Dr Kajgana got the entire lesion. I can never thank him enough for taking immediate action.

Horrible experience! Doctor didn’t listen to anything I said, he was in the room for about 3 mins after waiting for about an hour! They were over booked. Waste of time! Wouldn’t recommend.

Dr. Zarko Kajgana, Has treated me for over three years and has Followed through with Treatment surgery and recovery. Dr. Zarko has met all expectations and highly recommend for all your foot care needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Kajgana for several years and have always received excellent care from him and his staff. He's kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and an excellent surgeon. He gives me his undivided attention for as much time as I need. He listens to my concerns and addresses them all in an understandable way. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Zarko Kajgana is the worst foot doctor I've ever seen. All he cares for is to schedule you to see him at least once a month to collect your insurance and or your payment. I saw him twice and each time he diagnosed my foot issue differently. He tried to sell me boots and other unnecessary procedures and equipment. I finally fired him and returned the useless equipment that he sold me to him. The boot that he sold me was giving me back and hip pain and not helping me with my issue. According to the insurance contract with him and his office/group patients have 30 days to try any equipment that is sold to them to see if they are helpful or not. When after 3 days I returned the boot they didn't want to accept it back until I told them about their agreement with the insurance. All and all it is a business to make money not to help people. I do not recommend Zarko Kajgana to anyone.

Bilateral foot pain significantly interfered with my athletic pursuits: figure skating, hiking, and mountaineering are not known for being kind to your feet. Nor is wearing heels! Zarko Kajgana DPM quickly and easily resolved my issues in 2 separate surgeries 4 years ago. I was amazed then -- and even now, my condition remains 100% resolved. Each foot's surgery was done as an outpatient -- and Dr. Kajgana personally phoned me at home the following day to follow up. I've NEVER had a physician do that before. I summitted Mt. St. Helens literally weeks post-op, tolerating rigid mountaineering boots with no pain. I have the highest opinion of both Dr. Kajgana and his office, and recommend both without reservation -- my experiences were highly positive without exception. Dr. Kajgana is extremely experienced, a stellar person, and an outstanding surgeon. Though he is professional and exceedingly well versed in everything he treats, he is warm and kind. He knows exactly what he is talking about; his soothing and reassuring confidence is built on years of fixing foot problems all day, every day. He identified both my issues, outlined my choices, and advocated the least invasive and least expensive. He spends all the time I need to understand what he is saying and he answers all my questions without rushing me. He is clear, straightforward, and honest. When he has to tell me something I don't want to hear, he looks me right in the eyes and tells me what to genuinely expect. No evasion or misleading or minimizing. Moreover, Dr KJ is personable, intelligent, easy to talk with and genuinely cares about his patients. He actually personally called me at home before surgery and after surgery to ensure I was comfortable and recovering well. His office is staffed with caring, friendly, and supportive people that get you answers or what you need. They actually answer the phone and they actually follow up and call you back. Dr Kajgana is excellent in every way. He has performed two surgeries and one procedure on my feet with amazing results. I’m 71 years old, a runner, and very active. Other doctors suggested I change my activities and lead a more restful lifestyle. Dr Kajgana was confident he could return me to my normal practices - and, he did! I’m extremely confident in him and thoroughly enjoy his disposition and his presence. I recommend him unconditionally! Lee

I am a woman of age, and to this point in my life, Doctor Kajgana is my favorite Doctor in my life. From my first visit to my last and three foot operations in between, his care, and true concern for my complete and successful recoveries was over and above what I ever could have imagined from a Doctor. He is a Doctor that takes the time you need as his patient in making sure you feel every question you may have of concern has been answered kindly by him to give you the full confidence needed.

Never received the new customer paper work to complete, which they claimed to have sent me. Then they took on another responsibility and called demanding I change my appointment which was set weeks before. Needles to say I never got treatment and I don't think they even wanted the business. Best doctor I have ever had. Hands down. OR Feet's down. I came in with the worst ankle pain of my life. Doc was professional and spent all the time I needed to understand what was wrong and when I needed surgery I knew I was in good hands. My pain is gone and the only thing I am sad about is that I don't have a a reason to go back. But if I need anything I know where I am going to go. I also saw a lady doctor at Doc's office after my surgery, I can't remember which one, and she was also great. The staff is also great and helpful - an actual person answers their phones! Dr Kajgana performed two surgeries on my right foot in the last 15 months. Result of both surgeries: perfect. Dr K is a terrific surgeon, and he’s very personable. He explained everything so clearly. My surgeries corrected 4 hammer toes, a Morton neuroma, and serious pain in the ball of my foot which required two bones to be shortened. Now I’m back to my active life. Thank you, Dr K.

I am very thrilled with my doctor. He was very honest about what was going on and did not sugar coat anything. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kajgana is an amazing surgeon. He is professional, on-time, kind, very knowledgeable. I didn't feel like just a number. I came to Dr. Kajgana seeking a second opinion and am so glad I did. He identified and resolved the problem and I am back to walking, hiking, doing the things I love and am finally pain free. If you have a foot or ankle injury or problem, I highly highly recommend Dr. Kajgana or anyone in this practice!

Can't say enough about the quality of care and expertise. DR. Z saved my wife's feet from certain amputation after years of inadequate care by another institution. Will be forever grateful. He really cares about the patient in all respects.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kajgana for 3 years. In that time I have seen him over a hundred times. He is very competent, kind and attentive. 2 years ago I moved 1 1/2 hours away, but gladly make the drive for his care. He has his own practice so he's not forced to hurry through visits ..like clinics. He gives you all the time you need. I highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Kajgana for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with his knowledge but even more impressed with the way in which he communicates. He is a very good listened who seems to be truly interested in what the patient has to say. He also spend an appropriate amount of time explaining what the problems are and the different ways they could be approached and what the outcomes might be. I would definitely refer others to see him and certainly intend to see him again.
