The office staff acted like we were imposing and were very unprofessional. Rude is actually the honest truth. The older woman at the front desk i believe was teaching another girl and I couldn't believe how she was acting. Childish! We won't be treated like that again. I will report them to everyone possible and that includes my insurance company. The doctor was pleasant.

Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. The lady who answers the phone is rude when you call regarding issues and shoves things in your face when you have questions. I called regarding an issue about a Home healthcare company ordered by Dr Htay and the receptionist told me to “suck it up” and didnt want to tell the doctor anything when i asked. While waiting to be called back the staff gossiped about hanging up the phones and how Dr htay sued a patient for “emotional distress” because they called too much. Dr Htay is extremely rude and unprofessional as well. He yelled at patients and does not care about their concerns or questions and shoved papers in my face to tell me that everything is fine when i had a concern. DO NOT GO HERE!! Yelled at me and ignored my concerns which ended with me in the hospital for sepsis, and office staff was discussing Dr Zaw Htay sueing a patient for “emotional distress” staff was also extremely rude and unprofessional

Dr Htey is very kind, patient, compassionate, nonjudgmental and explains diagnosis treatment thoroughly. Very happy to have him as an infectious disease MD. Office staff is wonderful too.

I was taken in prior to appointment time. Dr. Htay was very attentive. He answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Htay is very personable.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Even minor request was treated as too much to ask, and putting them out. Visit with Dr. felt rushed and didnt give me a chance to address all my concerns. Will never return.

Dr. Htay was instrumental in my mom’s care and recovery when she was admitted to the Palm Bay Hospital. I’m grateful that he was part of her care and recovery.

I was recently admitted to Holmes Regional with a contagious infection that had been acquired during a recent surgery. Dr. Htay was wonderful about explaining exactly what the infection was, how I had gotten it, how he was going to treat it, any possible side effects etc. He answered any and all questions. He never made me feel like he was in a rush. He was very professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, concerned for my health and comfort, just fantastic!

Office staff nasty over the phone. Receptionist should be fired. Wouldn't answer questions properly. Gave attitude, while patient had questions about meds.. Wouldn't make it so he can get his questions answered. Very unprofessional. Should consider retraining staff.

Office staff completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients. Dr. Htay is also very unprofessional. It's a shame that health care has come to accept such substandard treatment.

Dr Htay has great bedside manner when my husband was in hospital for 5 weeks. Listens and answers questions respectfully. Would highly recommend Dr Htay to friends and family or anyone needing his services.

This Dr. saved my son’s life. He was admitted to the ICU at Holmes with sepsis , endocarditis, DIC, collapsed lung and cellulitis. Dr Htay visited him every day for 75 days, sometimes making rounds after 7 pm when most Drs are home resting. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and kept us informed daily. We are so thankful.

Great dr nice office good location dr htay is a great dr treating infection disease if you are looking for a caring dr for your problem he is the best dr to see

Dr. Htay found a solution to my illness when no one else could. He is tremendously dedicated and conscientious.
