Dr kayali is the best doctor

Perhaps the doctor himself is good and smart, but the communications, phone calls, making appointments, follow ups is all very horrible, you have better chances to get a hold of EDD than getting a hold of their office staff, don’t even try to leave a voicemail , they will never call you back! I have a condition that they never finished working with me on, and it’s been over 2 years of going back and forth. I gave up and switched to Loma Linda. I would never recommend Dr. Kayali to anyone!!! 1 star is too much! I accompanied my sister to his office for her appointment. We waited for close to 2 HOURS to see him. My sister asked if she could record the appointment but he refused. She asked if there was anything he could do for her non-alcoholic cirrhosis and he said NO. She'd asked at her first appt. what foods she should could and should not eat he told her to look it up on the internet, which she did and got conflicting information. She went thru her list of questions and he'd asked her about her belly size (ascites) from the cirrhosis, if it was bigger now from when she had her first paracentesis, and she laughed (because she was BIGGER). He then started yelling and pointing his finger at her. "You don't laugh sarcastically at your doctor!" She was laughing because she was BIGGER! But he wouldn't let her get a word in edgewise! I was in healthcare for 43 years and have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior by anyone!

I have been trying to call this office for 2 months already and no answer. You can’t even leave a voicemail because the the voicemail is full.

I had the WORST experience ever! Do NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE SEVERE PROBLEMS! since the beginning i had issues. Before you get a procedure done they perform a covid test and send it to the lab. They made me fast for 12 hours only to cancel my procedure because the covid results weren't ready, my procedure was scheduled at 11:00AM. I was told they would be ready by 3:00 PM, so they rescheduled me for the next day at 7:15 AM! The next day I arrived at 7:00 AM sharp and NO ONE was at the office, I even called their office since they are not allowing patients to wait in the lobby(you have to wait in your car and eventually someone will come out side to register you) finally by 7:30 someone arrives and I informed them I was told to be there by 7:15, the girl tells me they still haven't received my COVID results! I was livid because she said she was on the phone with the lab all morning...she could have called me to notify me of the issue...I had to take my newborn and my husband had to drive me there since I was going to be "sedated". I had told her I got tested for covid a week prior and tested negative she said she was going to call the doctor to see if that was okay. She said procedures began at 8:00..according to her the doctor was not answering his phone and was "on his way". I did not end up getting my procedure till 10:30! They gave me a sedative and Dr. Kayali did NOT WAIT for the sedative to kick in he shoved the scope down my throat and I was wide awake! I felt everything and was super uncomfortable! I was gagging my lungs out! And he didn't seem to care! He was very careless! After the procedure he told me I would need surgery without even explaining to me why or if there are other options! He walked away. As soon as I got home (20 minute drive) the sedative kicked in....worse experience ever!! DO NOT COME HERE!! I had the WORST experience ever! got to be one of the smartest guys i know, not to mention he works with Dr Balasubramaniam, Dr Saffouri, Dr cheung, and Dr Kawayeh. Best GI team in the Inland Empire!

You haven't done anything but leave my father to die at the hospital. No biopsy, no colonoscopy/endoscopy, no score for his liver disease, no information on his ascites or how far gone he is...

Dr Kayali has been my Dr for 8 years. He has real care for you. He's very hands on.

Dr. Kayali has been nothing but exceptional in providing health care for my wife. Dr. Kayali will listen to concerns and answer all questions and will spell out in detail steps that need to be taken.

Doctor Kayali is the best physician I've ever had!

Dr. Kayali saved my life through constantly overseeing my liver condition. He gave me good sound advice and encouragement. Treated me from 2003 to 2010 and I Lived long enough to receive a new liver! Bless you Doc, Susan Steffin

Dr. Kayali saved my Mothers life. I admire and respect him. He has become a friend and confidant to my family and always goes the extra mile for my Mother.

I believe that Dr. Kayali is one of the most knowledgeable professionals if not the best specialist in his field within the State of California. The moment I was examined by him I knew right away that I am in the right place and in safe hands! I feel so lucky that my other gastroenterologist Doctor highly recommend Dr. Kyali and referred me to him to treat my case.

It was very fast and the people working there are very respectful and cheerful!
