Dr Miller and his assistants were very caring, thorough and informative and I feel my problem with my eyes will be resolved.

The staff and Dr Miller were all very professional, informative, and ready to help me. I was in and out in a timely manner and I left feeling confident I would be helped.

I have worn glasses since 6th grade; therefore, I have had many exams. I was a bit apprehensive when I came because my optometrist had recommended I come to the Houston Eye Associates to tackle an out-of-the-ordinary problem. Dr. Alexander was so thorough and seemed to genuinely care about the dilemma I brought to her doorstep. We even have a follow up scheduled .

I had an amazing experience with the doctor and staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are very informative, polite, and was able to help calm my fearful daughter.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Miller since she was a toddler and is now 14 years old and has undergone two surgeries by Dr Miller which went beautifully. I am so thankful for Dr Miller and his staff who take such great care at each and every visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly the BEST in his field. I know they are a very busy practice, yet never seem rushed and are very attentive and informative. I highly recommend Dr Miller and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my daughter’s eyes.

The entire staff was absolutely amazing especially since my little one (just turned 3) was not very cooperative and was running wild! Haha we had a little over a 3-hour drive and then had to go straight to the appointment. They are very thorough even though he had the results from a doctor closer to us he still took his complete time and make sure everything was correct of his findings. His staff was trying so hard to help us entertain the little one. And he actually explained all of our options to us as well as make sure we completely understood what was going on from this point forward. I was referred to Dr. Miller by Dr. Hilton from Lehman Eye Center in Nacogdoches. The staff @ Houston Eye Associates was very friendly and everyone was very professional. I was in an exam room within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. I was first seen by an associate of Dr. Miller for some testing before the doctor came in. Apparently I have strabismus. I remember as a child having to do eye exercises. Dr Miller said mine was severe enough that he recommends surgery. I feel very confident in his diagnosis and I'm ready to have the surgery done. We cannot rave about Dr. Miller enough. After some confusing eye exams at another office a friend told us Dr Miller is worth the wait and very kind, patient, and waits to make sure you understand everything before stepping out. He was ALL of that. My son was 4 when he started seeing Dr Miller and that can be a difficult age to get “answers” from a kid. Everyone on staff who works with the children take their time and make sure the child is thoroughly tested before calling Dr Miller in for the final assessment. We love this place and are so appreciative for him being in The Woodlands. We cannot rave about Dr. Miller enough. My wife was referred to Dr. Miller by Dr. Andy Lee and we met with him for the first time yesterday. I was very happy to see how he and his team treated her with kindness and concern for her overall outcome. We met with several people and they all interacted with us confidently and included us in the discussion. They were thorough in their explanations while treating us with respect as laypeople without talking down to us. There was a welcoming attitude in the place that I think can only come from people who are well focused on doing good, helpful work. FYI - The Tomball office is kind of tucked away behind the hospital. It's easy enough to find but we wandered the parking lot a couple of minutes before locating it. Dr. Miller performed surgery on me last week. I have had this procedure on four previous occasions. This was the only time that my face didn’t look and feel like it had lost the fight! Dr. Miller listens intently and has terrific communication skills. I recommend him highly.

He helped my son and was patient with me when I didn’t really deserve it. Would highly recommend!

Be prepared to wait. This office does not have respect for anyone’s time.

I had the privilege to see Dr Miller today, on a referral from my ophthalmologist, Dr Amy Coburn, because I was diagnosed with adult strabismus. I spent time with several members of his staff during the preliminary examination (and I can't speak highly enough of both staff members, their professionalism and patient courtesy were off the chart good). They then informed me that Dr Miller had been called in for emergency surgery on a preemie and it would be about 45+ minutes before he would be available to continue the exam. The staff apologized profusely for the delay. I told them "no problem" because based on the thoroughness and professionalism of the staff, I would have no problem waiting to see Dr Miller. Right on schedule Dr Miller came into the exam room and apologized for the delay. Dr Miller went into a very detailed explanation of my problem and his recommendation for a solution. I'm not a medical person, so he explained the problem to me in detail so that I totally understood the issue and the solution. We (I was part of the solution) agreed on a course of action and put the process into motion working towards the solution that would address and resolve my eye issue. My daughter was on the schedule to get checked before school starts. They called me and canceled the appointment due to COVID-19 which was understandable. They told me they would call me back and reschedule as soon as they opened back up, and all canceled appointments would take priority and be taken care of ASAP. So after they opened back up I called and left a message about rescheduling with no response. So we stopped in to reschedule and the soonest they could get us in was 4 months out. Because when they called me to reschedule a priority appointment MY number was disconnected. I asked how my number worked when they called and canceled my appointment and it worked when I called and left a message to be rescheduled. As always, my son is looking forward to visit Dr. Miller. He is really compassionate about my son, and is really very patient with him. My son has autism, and he has been his eye doctor since he was 3 years old, and now he is 15 yrs old, he still wants to see Dr. Miller.

I recently saw Doctor Miller due to some serious injuries following an assault. Dr. Miller was the tenth doctor I have seen in the past few months. The examination I received was incredibly thorough and doctor Miller took his time making me comfortable and answering all my questions in a way in which I understood. Dr. Aaron Miller is an exceptional opthalmologist. He is genuinely caring, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I could not have had a better experience or found a better surgeon! He had very carefully performed the required surgery. It's now just a few days after my surgery on both eyes, and I have significant improvement with vision, double vision, alignment, and depth perception. All my fears have melted away and I'm now looking forward to soon reading again! Office staff is wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Miller to anyone in a heartbeat. Best in the country!

This is my second experience with Houston Eye Associates and first with Dr. Miller. He and his staff truly go above and beyond in patient care. They treat you like a valued friend, talk to you as if your opinion is as important in the process as theirs, exude caring as well as professionalism. I want to particularly recognize my Orthoptist today, Monsey Alexander. The single best optical tech I've ever experienced in my life. Relentless in tracking the problem down, such attention to detail and exacting care. All the while being warm and open. One other thing that stood out to me is how well the staff works together. Dr. Miller's schedule is iron clad. He is not like all of our other doctors. You get in to a room the moment your appointment was made. 15 minutes late is not acceptable as both his time and his patients time is a valuable commodity. His bed side manner is marvelous.

Dr. Miller also sees adults. I had adult bilateral eye muscle surgery for crossed vision etc. 5/15/20 and had an excellent experience and outcome.

Our virtual visit was very thorough.

I haven’t seen Dr. Miller yet but I will tell you his scheduling system is terrible! I have been transferred 6 times, and on hold for over an hour! Every time someone picks up they say his own staff has to schedule and will transfer me there. And then no one answers. This is a joke!

First time but great experience for me and the kids. Very thorough, very caring and professional. We are in good hands.

Dr. MIller believes that his time is much more important and valuable than your own. Patients are required to sign an agreement that basically states that Houston Eye Associates will drop you as a patient if you arrive late to 2 appointments in a row, yet they are completely fine with you waiting in the lobby with your young child nearly 2 hours after your childs eyes have been dilated. (I arrived early to every appointment) Dr. Miller and his administration are either ignorant to this hypocrisy or simply do not care. Complaints are deflected under their general TOS as they refuse to take accountability for what is seemingly the common practice of overbooking by doctors.

Staff gives contradicting information, not accommodating and have no concern for patient's experience at their office.

So grateful they got me in same day, in fact, same hour, when i had eye pain and extreme tearing. Thank you Dr. Jenkins and the entire office staff, who were very thorough, knowledgeable and caring.

Our daughter first went to see Dr. Miller at 12 months old, due to the irregular movement of her eyes. Sure enough, she was diagnosed with strabismus in both eyes. They took baseline data and recommended we return every 3 months for measurements to see if her condition was worsening, improving, or staying the same. As we progressed with appointments, it was confirmed that our sweet little girl's strabismus was very severe, and surgery was suggested at the age of 2. I had done all my research and was against surgery unless all other options had been exhausted. Dr. Miller and our orthoptist were completely supportive and understanding, and suggested we try patching for 3 months to see if there was any improvement. We gave patching 100%, and yet there was no improvement, so we decided at 2 1/2 we would go forward with surgery. We were so scared but also so hopeful and trusted Dr. Miller's expertise. Side note: at the age of 2, our daughter began seeing a speech therapist because her spoken word count was less than 10. She also struggled with her physical development (things like jumping, running, stepping off a curb, etc did not happen for her). Her surgery was a success and within a couple of days her word count went from almost nonexistent to speaking short phrases. Within a couple of weeks she was climbing, running, jumping off the ground, walking more confidently, etc. Little did we know that her strabismus had severely been affecting her quality of life and normal development. We can never thank Dr. Miller enough for all he has done for our little girl. She just had her 3 year check-up (9 months post-surgery) and her eyes are still perfect! Dr.Miller and his staff were amazing . We were in quickly and were treated wonderfully . My son has a true fear of doctors and this wasn’t the case this time . Dr. Miller made my son extremely comfortable and discovered what wasn’t noticed from other optometrists we had visited . I highly recommend this doctor !!!!

We have been coming to see Dr. Miller for years as a specialist for one of my twin daughters and it's always a pleasant visit for me and my family. The convience of the visits and how organized the office is is my favorite.

Always caring, he has seen both of my daughters since they were a couple of months old and performed surgery on one of them. I definitely recommend him.

Very nice soft spoken individual, easy going with younger kids.

After years of seeing double and having glasses that did not work, I now have great vision. I am so incredibly pleased.

he explained why double vision was not results of Parkinson that I had it before Parkinson, he also told me that my glasses were ok that the little change would not be worth the expense he also suggested that I also try a temp. prism on l eye. making 3 prisms. tried didn't like it this dr. made sure that I was understanding him as I am deaf. he was wonderful.

Our family just loves Dr Miller. He has helped my daughter through a lot of rough spots since she was very young , especially since she is so afraid of doctors yet we went through surgery and all is well. She just loves to go to see him now. And because of Dr Miller's expertise, her eyes are actually getting better vision and we are having to reduce the strength of her glasses. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and capable of handling anything that should come along.
