Absolutely outstanding doctor. Thorough, detailed, calm, kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable, he was very easy to talk with and very relatable. He clearly cares about his patients and what he does for them. I feel lucky to have been under his care for the time needed. (My last name as a patient is Grow in case the office needs for verification)

Dr Sims and his staff are great. His admin assistants fed me left over snacks from a staff birthday when I arrived light headed, in a rush to my appointment from work. Dr. Sims listens and genuinely cares about your health. Best doctor I’ve had after a severe infection. Highly recommend

Dr. Sims attempted to undermine public health statutes by urging our local school boards to go against them. Somehow, he believes that his opinion alone should dictate public health policies. No thank you. Go back to school, doc.

I called his office asking to speak to him regarding his recent radical letter to MOCO school boards regarding masks and vaccine statuses. I was placed on hold while his receptionist went to inform him that I was on the phone wanting to discuss this letter. She comes back and lets me know that he does not discuss health department issues at his private practice, that I will need to call the public health department. I told her that he’s obviously not at the public health department right now so how will I be able to speak to him? I told her as an elected official by the people he has a duty to talk to the people, and not speaking to me is a blatant disregard and furthermore proves why he should be kicked off. I will be researching reelection and how we can get rid of this power hungry individual that uses his opinion of “science” to mentally destroy our children in the public school setting. Dr. Charles Sims, MD Infectious Disease doctor is one of the most concern and well manner very good, outstanding in communicating with his patients. He take out the time to get a good understanding as what's going on and also make it very clear in how he can help you get through this. all you got do is follow his instructions

What a joke! The office called and the Dr. wouldn’t even see me without an active infection. Wait a minute, I just had a picc line removed after 6 months, was in for sepsis, Klebsiella, and infectious mononucleosis. I think I will notify the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners!

We didn't have opportunity to meet Dr. Sims, but his staff needs some people skills. We trying to make an appointment three times and three times we got rejected.

Dr. Sims is great. He explained everything in detail and very personal. The staff and the nurses are amazing.

Since I have been going to Dr Sims I feel like his bed side manner along with knowledge of my case is exceptional! The office staff always greets me when I walk through the door and I get there earlier than my appointment time and do not have to wait long! I am so thankful I found him!

Dr. Sims is great! He took the time to explain and answer any and all our questions. I highly recommend him should you need a ID specialist.

Dr. Sims and his staff provide the kind of treatment most people only dream of receiving. He is very sharp and works hard at constantly maintaining his continuing education. His bedside manner is calm, informative, and effective. His staff works hard to ensure you are taken care of and do all they can to get you in and out quickly while making sure you receive the customized treatment needed to help you get well. I can only comment on the receptionist. We have been looking and looking for someone who can treat our daughter's EBV sympotms. We called to make and appointment and asked if Dr. Sims worked with EBV patients. The receptionist very rudely told my wife, "there's no cure for EBV". (Duh, well there's no cure for cancer, should I just not seek treatment for it either?) Scratch this doctor off the list.

Dr. Sims was able to get my husband and I in last minute when no other doctor could explain our symptoms. He took the time to take good notes and decide the best diagnosis. Very caring, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Sims for a few years now and he is very knowledgeable and up to date with his information. Multiple tests for fever of unknown etiology. Unusually long time to receive test results. Unfulfilled promises of return calls. Office staff commits to pass messages as does answering service. Net result calls not returned in a timely manner. I feel like communication between Dr. Sims and myself has been less than adequate. It should not be necessary to have to beg for tidbets of information about test results and care plans. Very poor communication. Would not recommend.

Never got to see the dr his staff and office manager are unaware of how to deal with ins matters and are very rude. They don't take the time to try to understand your situation instead fly off the handle very unprofessional.

I see Dr. Sims every four months. I changed from a doctor in Katy to Dr. Sims because I moved to Spring, and it was the best decision I could ever make. I love him. He is knowledgeable and shares what he knows with you. He is personable, patient, and listens to all of my questions. I highly recommend him.

Closing at 4:00. Sending lab results by email. Not giving a password for lab results. I just called yesterday about my child's lab results. Instead of giving to me you email them to me on Saturday . Not only do I not have a password or username, I can't find a place on the site to use one if I had it.

As a new patient w/ Dr Sims, I felt initially all went well. A mo after my appt I called Dr for my results since no one had called me. The Office Mgr. pointed the finger @ me for delayed results as my ins didn't cover LabCorp, staff can't input results into a patient's profile & emails went unanswered as lady retired. Dr never intervened. Dr & staff be intimate with the concept of customer (patient) service. You are dealing with peoples' lives not their burger order. Geez!

He pretty much save my hand. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain... VERY HARD ALMOST EXTINCT QUALITY TO FIND. HE ACTUALLY CARES. Do not hesitate he is the real deal.
