Needed to get established w/ a new PCP, as mine retired. Called. Waited, on hold, for almost half an hour. Appt taker asks what medications I take. Upon mentioning my ADHD prescription Shaniqua then tells me that Dr. Hart is not taking any new patients that require ADHD medication, so if you need that this doctor won’t do it.

Our experience with Dr. Hart and her nurse was quite simply unprofessional. She showed absolutely no care for any of my wife’s questions or concerns. What she called a check up consisted of her sitting behind her computer and talking down to us. She had absolutely no empathy or bedside manner. Her only concern seemed to be about billing and vaccination status. My wife made the appointment as a new patient with the intent of discussing prescriptions and possible treatment plans. As soon as this was brought up, she was quick to say that if we wanted to discuss anything, we would be billed for another appointment. Her overall delivery was cold and uncaring. This telemedicine visit was a dead end. Most of the visit was spent talking to the nurse about my symptoms and concerns (among others nausea, headache, and even a week of paralysis of half my body). The nurse left for a couple of minutes, and then Dr. Hart appeared. She didn’t mention any of my concerns except to tell me that I don’t have a blood clot if it doesn’t hurt and it’s not red. Love Dr. Hart but please update your website as it says open at 3pm on a Friday but when you call it says it is closed. Make sure you speak to the office as the answering service does not forward messages or at least I hope they don't as I reported an allergic reaction to a prescribed medication three days ago and have not heard back.

Dr. Hart was recommended to us twelve years ago by another one of our family's trusted physicians. During that time she has changed practices twice, and we have moved out of the county and moved back twice. After all of these events we sought her out and re-established with her. Sure, it would have been easier to select someone new, but we wanted the continuity of care that she can provide. She knows each member of my family well, not just because we've gone to her for so long, but because she takes the time to get to know her patients. She genuinely cares about the whole person. Dr. Hart takes the time to really listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed. She genuinely cares about me and my health. I have recommended her multiple times to others. She is a very competent and compassionate physician. Being a nurse I am quite picky when it comes to my doctors and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Dr. Hart. I saw the ugly comments and I had to make sure that I commented. She is an amazing doctor who me and my family have seen for the past 8 years. My husband now sees her and she is diligent, kind, and caring. I have never felt more cared for then with Dr. Hart.

I made appointments for my 2 teenagers, and both went fine. 1 needed bloodwork, which was done on the day of the appointment. I get a call with the results about a week later. We needed to have a printed copy of the results and that's when things went bad. We requested the results through the my chart app over a dozen times, called the office another 10 times, we're not allowed to show up in person to get the results because of covid. I've called and they won't call me back. I've faxed 2 medical releases and again no response. The original appointment was August 4th, it's now September 22nd and I still can't get them to release the results for my son. We won't return to Dr. Hart's practice. So far the experience has been awful. We have tried to call for over a week to get my wife a referral to an OBGYN and we have received nothing. Her assistant has told us several times that she sent the referral out but the OBGYN has still not received it. We are not allowed to go in thanks to COVID. And when we call we get nothing but the voicemail or the message office. If you can go with someone else do it. So far the experience has been awful. Terrible physician. I had appt for a physical. I am 54. She interviewed me, found out family history which included early cardiac disease. She NEVER touched me, NEVER placed a stethoscope on me anywhere, NEVER palpated a pulse and NO baseline ekg was performed. She kept the payment though. She should be kicked out of medicine.

We are absolutely fortunate to have Dr. Hart as our physician. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and very thorough. We highly recommend her.

She was absolutely amazing! Very compassionate, knowledgeable and took her time. I didn't feel rushed at all. Her reviews are extremely misleading and I'm very happy that I chose her as my doctor. Really really like her.

Would not recommend this doctor. When I initially made the appointment I explained to them exactly what I needed to go in for. When I got there, I tried to explain my concerns which was told “that’s not about this visit”. Again, I explained my concerns when I called in to make my appointment and se my appointment up for that reason only. I went in got my blood pressure checked and took 3 deep breaths and that was ALL she did. I spent $210 for absolutely nothing.I initially made the appointment I explained to them exactly what I needed to go in for. She kept telling me I didn’t need certain test since my blood pressure was okay and my weight was fine. I even fasted with the expectations I would have blood work done since that was one of the reasons I called in for to begin with. Now I am going to find another doctor who will actually do their job and give me some answers. One more thing, I had my mask on the whole time and moved it (still covering my face) so I could talk because i it was going into my mouth and she totally interrupted me saying “please keep your mask on”. Hopefully being at Methodist she will be held accountable. She was my doctor when we 1st moved here in 2013 , I didn’t k ow anyone so o went where insurance sent me.... HORRIBLE!! I never met her.... if she was there she was hiding out in her office bc the NP did ALL THE WORK, and that’s always who your appointment had to be with. I fell ill and was put in the hospital... that’s how I found my new doctor... I adore her. I called Cathy Harts office to tell them I was leaving “who are you again? You will only get compassion from this doctor if you can pay for it. She has no concerns for her patients that have been with her for many years. She must be on a quota at Methodist. Because she will not refill a prescription for a patient even when she knows they will go through withdrawal without it. If you can't afford her and Methodist's expensive visit costs, then you don't get treatment. Beware of this doctor. Her profile SHOULD say show me the money. I have been with Dr. Hart for ten years. She is a no nonsense Dr., very direct,, and well versed in her medical occupation. As a retired Woman Marine, I enjoy going to a Doctor who knows her vocation, as well as being patient, compassionate, a good listener, while giving the best care she can. She cuts no corners, and has made me understand the decisions she comes to after making a thorough medical assessment. I have quite a commute to get to where she is practicing medicine. It is always worth the commute. During the onset of the pandemic she went out of her way to place calls to me to ensure I was up to date with my medical care. That is so rare with other doctors. I’d recommend her to any of my associates in a split second. She is a rare breed of doctors that give there all and more. Semper Fi.

I have taken epilepsy meds for most of my life and I am familiar with how often blood work is needed. This person will take advantage of patients every time you need a refill so she gets money for more office visits. She put me in a difficult situation by refusing to give refills. When I complained she said I could do an online visit. Just confirming the fact she is looking for extra office visits. How is bloodwork taken over the internet? Other meds I need as well were also given the same process.... as long as she gets more money she will give more refills. Selfish gamesmanship

Been going to her for years. Helped me get my anxiety in check and always keeping me on track with yearly blood work. Very easy to talk to and great nurses. Now that she is in Methodist, I like everybody in the office. It’s much bigger and well managed.

Good appointment. I was forced to have video appointment due to having recently recovered from COVID. The Nurse was pleasant and professional. Listened to my concerns and made me feel as though my health was top priority. As this was my first appointment Dr Hart introduced herself and expressed her enthusiasm at having me as a patient.

Doesn’t care about ur health or what you are going true it’s all about money and they lie to get you in for an appointment but nothing will be done . Don’t waste ur time with her office

I have been going to her for years before she joined the Methodist group. Dr. Hart has always been helpful and professional. I gladly followed to her new practice.

I love her person to person relationship. She created a plan that has worked great for me, not just shoving pharmaceuticals my way and moving on. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Hart is such a wonderful caring doctor. I've never felt so at ease with anyone before and truly feel like she understands me. I'm so very thankful to have her as my primary care provider.

She doesn't act like a real doctor, does not care about anyone. She just goes through the act of treating someone.

If I could give her zero stars I would! This all happened when she had her own practice so maybe it won't now that she has other doctors there to make sure she does her job. From day one she has brushed all my concerns under a rug. I went to "DR. CATHY HART" in 2016. I told her I was wanting conceive in the following year and wanted to get blood test done to make sure I was healthy. She told me I needed to see a gynecologist to see if I could have children... way ahead of her and told her I had already done that, but wanted to run blood tests and make sure I was healthy. She replies, " YOU ONLY GO TO THE DOCTOR WHEN YOURE SICK." I said," OKAY. " and was on my way. My husband who had the following appointment said they made him take blood when he went for just a check up as well! The second time I visited her I called up, while pregnant and sick and she said I go to my gynecologist for that as well! I spoke with my gynecologist and they said no my general practitioner was who I saw while sick, so I literally had to fight her to see me. At that point I had been sick for 1 week originally with a viral infection ( a cold)... she gave me an inhaler and sent me on my way. Ended up being sick for 6 weeks!!! I am in shock... during my first pregnancy found out I had hypothyroidism which could have been found out before if she had bothered to give me a blood test. I have recently become pregnant again.... and ended up in the er...because of another viral infection ( damn colds) and they gave me antibiotics bc I am an asthmatic and could develop pneumonia and have complications! I'm so sure I had pneumonia last time as well bc I was in so much pain and i told her and she said there was nothing she could do! Well that is a lie, the hospital gave me better care than she did and I was un the ER!!! They gave me 2 antibiotics and I was better with in a week!!! I have been complaining of being tired but chalked it up to pregnancy.... turns out I also have 3 large tumors on my thyroid that need to be biopsied while pregnant! My thyroid is also covered in tiny little tumors!!! If she bothered to check my neck she would have felt them! I was told they are slow growing so it's been happening! So for the last 2 pregnancies I have had to deal with additional pain and suffering because of her not wanting to give me a simple blood test!!! 2 years before I decided to have children. She mad me suffer while sick when I came to her!!! If my biopsies come back cancerous I get to stress even more about my son and unborn son! Added stress to an already stressful situation. It's sad when you have insurance and have to beg the medical field to take care of you! If I do have cancer I am going to make an appointment and tell this to her FACE!!!! Do not see her if you want to be healthy and prepared or even be healed. I am so angry with you "DR. CATHY HART" you're the worst physician I have ever seen. I tell every doctor I have what you did and they also cannot believe how you treat or lack there of! You are bad person and if my children have to grow up wothout a mother I will do everything in my power to have your license revoked! If I could give her zero stars I would! This “doctor” is an unprofessional pill pusher. She cares nothing about finding the root of the health problem. If you ask questions, she will gloat her years of experience and remind you that you are not capable of being knowledgeable! Don’t you dare question her either, because she will yell at you and close her laptop and storm out of the room like a child.

I was needing to find a family doctor at Methodist in the Woodlands to centralize my doctors in one place. The doctor at another location was out on maternity leave so I thought this would be the best time. Dr Hart made it clear she would not refill my prescriptions, and was very contridictory. She made me feel like a second class citizen. She stated she was not even going to schedule a follow up visit. She let me know that she did not wish to be my doctor. She had no compassion for my condition

I saw Dr. Hart for an annual check-up to obtain refill script for chronic migraines. Her bedside manner was professional, authentically compassionate, knowledgeable, pleasant, good sense of humor and extremely thorough. She explained and collaborated with me the various treatment options, what I had tried before and the research behind those options. I feel confident in her ability and was treated as if I mattered.

I was needing to see a Dr for work anxiety. I had an appt at 4:15...i call at 4:00 and said that I was going to be there at 4:39 and they said sorry...thats too late. I told them that my anxiety was from work and I really needed a time after work hours...they said sorry...find someone else!!

Dr. Hart was on time, thorough and related very well to me. She answered my questions and made treatment recommendations that worked for me.

All of the staff members are extremely unprofessional.

My experience with Dr. Cathy Hart was terrible. I won?t go into the details of how the appointment went but Dr. Hart was not at all pleasant. She acted rude and in a very unprofessional manner. After repeated attempts to solicit a constructive dialogue I suggested that this relationship was not going to work ? she immediately closed her laptop and walked out of the room. Horrible experience. Avoid this doctor if at all possible.
