We asked Dr Donka for referrals for our colonoscopies. Apparently his staff assumed UHC Navigate was the same as UHC (United Healthcare) and they did not secure the proper referrals for us. We now have over $5000 in bills and need to take further steps. Office manager advised that UHC did not need referrals.....Apparently not trained in UHC Navigate...

Not queer competent, I got top surgery and needed him to sign off for medical clearance and he did not know about this procedure, continued to deadname and misgender me even after I explained that this is a gender affirming surgery and that I am nonbinary. Terrible experience. I booked an appt as a new patient. Their system was down for days and instead of rescheduling my appt ahead of time, they waited until I arrived to tell me they could no longer see me. AVOID THIS OFFICE

Never feel rushed. Has always followed up. Has made an extra effort to let me know the results off all tests. Has really seemed concerned when there is a serious problem.
