I have been seeing Dr. Al-Hazzouri since Fall of 2018 after relocating from Nashville to Florida. I had asked my oncologist in Nashville, whom I loved, for a recommendation. His recommendation of "Dr. Al" was A++++. I love Dr. Al, as does my husband. He is on time (my last doctor was always late), asks the right questions, answers our questions, has a wonderful staff and above all is caring we never feel rushed. Dr. Al is informed on the next available treatment and keeps us informed on them as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Al Hazzouri since November, 2019 and I couldn't be more pleased with or confident in the care I am receiving. No matter how busy he is, he takes is time to talk with me, answer my questions and makes sure I understand my treatment. He is very easy to talk to and has a wonderful bedside manner. I truly would not want to go anywhere else. Along with Heather Lamb, the PA, the pair are top notch in patient care.

I was seen by Dr. Ahmed Al-Hazzouri last week. He seemed very competent and professional. From what I and my wife understood, he was going to do more bloodwork on me and some of the results would be known right there at the office. The same-day results showed some improvement so that seemed good. Next, I believe I was to wait for a specific "blood cancer test," and I believe an iron deficiency test as well. Unfortunately, that is not what was done according to a nurse practitioner I spoke with a few days after my office visit. Moreover, I do not recall receiving any instructions for next steps since "everything looked fine." That is when I took the doctor up on his offer to speak with him directly to find out what I understood to be the specific "blood cancer test" and iron deficiency test, and to find out what my next steps should be. Although I am a bit confused, the nurse practitioner and the rest of the Florida Cancer Specialists Clermont office staff seemed very courteous.

Very unprofessional staff spoke to several staff members even head nurse telling me I didn’t qualify to receive treatment for bone loss due to chemo therapy. Need hip replacement,oral surgeon, Severe pain . And all they could say is take vitamin D or go your primary care. When I mentioned to her that I was taking all phone conversation to someone that can help me that’s when then she gave me a appointment and said I can start treatment but my insurance won’t cover I needed to cover the cost.

Caring and knowledgeable doctor that always puts patient care first.

Es mi doctor y no lo cambio por nada, el es excelente se preocupa mucho por la salud del paciente es el mejor.... no lo cambió por nada. El es un amor cómo doctor y como ser humano ni se diga. Gracias por aceptarme como su paciente por 5 años.... lo quiero mucho.... Dios te bendiga siempre....

I am very grateful to a staff in FL. Hosp. Waterman for the chance to be under Dr. Hazzouri. As my oncologist, this doctor treats me more like a family than just a patient. Very easy to talk with, very good listener, very humble and simple health professional who take his patient's story very seriously and responsibly. Have heared a lot of positive things about him from his patients. I love this doctor!
