Dr. Mediratta is a knowledgeable and up to date internal medicine physician. She not only has top notch skills but also extraordinary patient care. Dr. Mediratta goes above and beyond for her patients, taking her time with her patients and coordinating their care with outside specialists. We are extremely thankful for the care she provides our parents and her dedication to medicine.

Dr.M has been my ocote for the past12 years and I would not have it any other way. Her staff is also amazing. Tina , Daniel, Jennifer and nurse practitioner Lauren and the the rest of the staff represent themselves and her in a wonderfully fashionable order! I've been a patient for more than 10 years. Dr Mediratta is always thorough, kind and caring with patients. She also has a wonderful staff! Kudos to Danielle. We travel and I was out of a medication. Spoke to Danny and within 15 minutes the problem was solved and my prescription was filled. BTW I am in Clarksville, Indiana.

I will also agree with everyone else that says Dr Mediratta is an exceptional doctor who listens and cares about you and the staff is just as good. I have been coming here for about 10 years now and this office has always been accommodating for me and all my needs. Would give 10⭐️If possible.

Most amazing PCP ever! She really cares about you as a person and is extremely good at what she does. Have been with her for 9 years now.

She is an amazing doctor her staff is very focused on their patients they listen and they get task taken care of great at follow-up when you're there you feel like a person not a number

It's rare to find a Dr like her. She is a gem, and she does such an amazing job. She's considerate, kind, thoughtful and treats me like one of her family members. Love her!!

Best Internal Medicine Provider

I want to give only 0 star now, she refused to fill out any of my FMLA PAPER because of covid 19. She only wants money thats it. Changing for a better doctor.

Everyone in this office is loving and caring. Patient first for Dr. Medriatta she and amazing doctor. Office is always clean. Everyone is friendly.

Our first new patient visit with Kelly Bell, who recently joined the office. My father is a long time patient of Kelly and she is awesome. Dr. Mediratta made a point to come in and introduce herself and let us know she also wanted to get to know us and be part of our new healthcare support. The office was clean, and staff was friendly. plenty of parking immediately in front of the building. Handicap friendly. Dr. Mediratta is an amazing physician. She listens to me and is aggressive in getting records and communications from other doctors I see. One time I had to go to the emergency room for a severe allergic reaction to an unknown substance. Her office nurse called that afternoon to find out how I was doing and asked if I wanted to come see the doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Mediratta. Dr. Mediratta is an amazing physician. Dr. Mediratta is a wonderful Physician. She is never rushed and everyone is the office is wonderful and kind. Very happy that I was able to get established with this practice.

When Dr. Beth went to geriatric practice we had to find a new GP. Our neighbor recommended Dr. Mediratta to us. We were with her for nearly 5 years before moving. Dr. Mediratta was very engaged in my health and well being. She always took the time to listen and understand me and my needs. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Mediratta is the best doctor I have ever had! She is knowledgeable, thorough, concerned, caring, and goes way beyond what anyone would expect from a busy doctor. She keeps up with all the latest medical information. She makes sure that I am up to date on all preventative care, including colonoscopies, mammograms, lab tests and vaccinations. She has an excellent memory and remembers previous problems that I have had. She goes over all medications at every visit, and reviews previous lab results. I feel totally blessed to have her as my and my husband's doctor.

Not a good doctor, she is all for herself and she don't listen to you. I was a patient of her until covid-19, I work in the tourism business, I have Sjogren's and lupus and I am 69 years old. My employer told me to apply for FMLA, she refused to fill out the papers because she said " if I had to fill out for FMLA for every body that's all I be doing all day" WOW! Don't she has anyone working for her! My employer told me change doctor. I called my rheumatologist , I got a full blood test done, I went to his office, he told me by my results, I shouldn't be expose to the virus. I have no antibodies to fight the virus, so I ask him if he could help me with FMLA he said absolutely. Then my employer suggest since my condition is related also to rheumatoid, to file my short term disability since I pay for it weekly They ask me for the past 1 year of medical records, so when I called Nibha to have my records, then I got a letter she didn't want to see me anymore, I WAS NOT GOING TO. LOL

So disappointed with this Doctor and staff. Save yourself the trouble, she does not care about her patients, and her office staff is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. We were driving to our appointment, an hour away, called their office to notify them there was an accident on the highway and traffic was very backed up, that we would be a bit late. The receptionist stated we would need to reschedule. I had her on speaker when my husband got very upset and yelled. We drove there anyway, were asked to come back in 2 hours because we missed our appointment (we were 15 minutes late) so... Fine. We did. Then, during our visit, Dr Mediratta told us that we couldn't come back. I told her fine, I totally agree, this would be our last visit because it's very inconvenient to drive this far to see a Dr. Anyway. The only reason we stayed on with her as long as we did was because she was our Dr for 8 years and we THOUGHT we had a good rapport with her. My husband liked her, but I don't think she really liked us. She pushed us off onto her ARNP a couple of years ago and our last visit with her was the first time in years that we had actually seen her. This all happened just before the Holidays. Our insurance was changing as of January 1st, so we needed to wait until then to find a new PCP closer to home, but in the mean time, my husband needed life saving meds and she can't be bothered to refill his prescription. We haven't established care with a new PCP yet. My husband has an appointment next week. She SHOULD morally, and ethically fill a script for him until care is officially transferred, but she refused. I guess she can't be bothered. She should be ashamed of how she handled this. I expected better from our Doctor of 8 years! Another issue: there have been so many billing issues, due to how orders were coded. I have been trying to straighten out these bills for months since we left their office. I do NOT recommend this office unless you enjoy having billing issues and dealing with unprofessional doctors and staff. So disappointed with this Doctor and staff. Dr. Mediratta and her staff are the best! Kind, courteous, professional care always. If your sick you are seen that day. After hours Dr. Nibha answers her own calls. Wonderful doctor, wonderful person!!

This office is absolutely wonderful. The staff is always available to help you with any questions you might have. Chelsea, the PA is awesome. There has never been a time I felt uncomfortable asking any medical questions to her. I highly recommend Dr. Mediratta’s office to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

I love this office . As soon as you walk in you are greeted so nicely the staff is great .Dr Mediratta is an amazing doctor she takes the time to listen . The PA is also very good . They treat you as if you are special. It would be even better if they opened at least one Saturday a month

Dr. Mediratta is the absolute best and most caring Physician my husband and I ever had (and still have). We moved from Clermont and live 1 1/2 hours away and wouldn’t think of changing doctors. My husband has many very severe medical issues and Dr. Mediratta manages everything for us. My husband would not be alive today without her. The staff is just as caring. The staff responds promptly and always courteously. We rarely wait long but just know that when it’s your turn, Dr. Mediratta will give you all the time you need. Dr. Mediratta is a super competent, thorough and caring physician. She takes her time with and really listens to her patients. Incredibly, her staff is almost as good as she is! They know their stuff, take care of requests and questions quickly (nearly always the same day), ensure an efficient check-in and check-out process, and are friendly and pleasant always. Dr. Mediratta was my doctor for several years (about 8 years). I found her to be very caring, understanding and encouraging. I only left her care when I moved away, and wish she could still be my doctor.

A 6 month wait to book an appointment is ridiculous. Updates to website and insurance carriers should be made indicating that they are not accepting new patients at this time.

Very clean office with a friendly, efficient staff. Dr. Mediratta is always kind, caring, thorough, and very easy to talk to. Highly recommend this office.

Office is very clean and the staff is always quick to help if I have questions or need something. I've seen both Dr. Mediratta and her ARNP Chelsea Ontkos and they're both very knowledgeable and professional. I feel very comfortable asking questions and working towards my health goals with them. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Mediratta is the best doctor we’ve ever had. She pays attention to your concerns and treats you like you are her most important patient. She is extremely knowledgeable and manages my husband’s many illnesses. Her staff always responds promptly and they are very caring.

Have gone in twice after falling sick and both times nothing I was given seemed to help or make me feel better

The whole staff here is wonderful and always has the patients interests in mind. They take the time to listen and don't just give cookie cutter responses. I would never change physicians. Chelsea, the nurse practitioner is also wonderful.

Dr. Mediratta is awesome! She is easy to talk to and compassionate. She cares for me, my husband and my mother. Her staff is awesome and always helpful. Dr. Mediratta will take the time she needs to help with your problems. She has even called me at home to talk about specific concerns. I highly recommend her to others looking for a great internist.

I began seeing Dr Mediratta shortly after returning to the Orlando area. I have made numerous corporate moves in my career, and thus have had my fair share of Primary Doctors. Dr. Mediratta is by far the best doctor I have ever had, hands down. She strongly cares about her patients, listens carefully and provides excellent advice.

Dr. Mediratta saved my life. She really shows concern and spends time with you. Her expertise touches many specialty's because she served as a hospitalist for several years. So when my symptoms were all over the place. She knew what to do. She is smart, kind and generous. My highest recommendation is for you to trust her. I moved last yr to Arkansas, I wish I could have taken her with me. Just tell her Cindee sent you!

Excellent caring office - Dr Mediratta is one of a kind. Even the nurse practitioner Chelsea is wonderful. They take the time to listen and care about your well being.

Dr. Mediratta practises sound medicine. Her strong point is that she listens to me. I have recommended dr. M to friends and neighbors who agree with me that she is a blessing in our medical community. I admire and love her dearly !

Horrible Doctor, and staff. I brought my grandmother there for a check up and the staff was rude. Yelling at her, and being disrespectful. I don't know why but it seems that the lady at the front desk had an attitude. She even told my grandmother that she doesn't have time for questions and that if she can't fill out paper work then she shouldnt come to doctor visits. Completely unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone here. The Doctor did not even take time. And rushed us. Horrible place.

I have been under Dr. Mediratta's wonderful care for 5 years. She is incredibly compassionate and spends quality time with me during my office visit.

She is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to REALLY listen. She is not in a hurry to get to her next appointment. She has the patient's best interest at heart all of the time
