I had no problems with today’s visit, staff very welcoming, Nurse was very friendly and through,Doctor Jacic was pleasant and she too was through, accommodating, she suggested that I should see Dr Edwards for cardiac evaluation, also Dr Abrams for evaluation for the dizziness then set a return appointment in December sooner if needed.

This was my first visit,and she was very nice.Her nurse Brandi was kind too.

Was a great visit

Dr Jacic was very informative and did a great job.

Very friendly and very helpful. She takes time to explain everything. Always thankful for the way she treats me and all of her patiets.

Dr Jacic listened to my concerns and assessed them. Then addressed my concern with a plan of action that felt appropriate. I always feel confident in the care Dr Jacic provides. I have recommended my In law family to Dr Jacic and will continue to recommend other family and freinds to Dr Jacic and the Practice she works with.

She is a great doctor and I can tell she truly cares about my health.

My daughter has been to the ER, urgent care and has seen another DR. Know one has been able to tell me why her face and eye keeps swelling and then it goes down but everyone else seems two through there hands up. Dr. Jacic was wonderful. She set up an appointment with an allergist and was very concerned with her throat swelling so until she is seen by a specialist she wrote a prescription for an epi pen . Dr Jacic always goes above and beyond and is so carrying. My family loves Dr Jacic!!!!!!

I was only in the office for less than a half hour, but so much was accomplished .My insulin was dropped down ten units.The A1C was really good and Dr.Jacic was wonderful, I'm glad that she is my doctor

Wonderful 6 month check up as always. Covid 19 precautions still a priority. Checked in, with nurse, and seeing doctor almost before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Jacic takes time to listen to any concerns I have; takes detailed notes; explains reasons for changing medications; and makes me feel that she is concerned for me as a person not just a patient. Dr Jacic is a very good Dr. and cares about her patients. My wife and I are both patients and Dr Jacic has helped us both achieve better health.

Exceptional physician. Dr. Jacic has been my doctor for many years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She really listens and thoroughly answers all my questions. Recently in a closed Facebook community for our neighborhood a friend asked for a medical referral. Here is my response: "We've been going to Family Medicine in York or Clover for years. Dr. Jacic was attentive,positive,encouraging,proactive,confident, and a great listener. I felt encouraged and pleased with the care she provided. She is a gifted physician I feel very blessed that she is my Doctor. Her Nurse Brandi is awesome she is efficient, engaging, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are getting the best care. Kendra did a wonderful job taking my blood. She is most impressive , she has great technique, she is a good comforter and friendly. The front desk seemed stressed and a little unsure about the process. It is a difficult job probably could use some more oversight or training. Overall a wonderful visit. So happy with the Zoom teleconference because of the unvaccinated staff at Family Medicine. If this were any other doctor working with unvaccinated staff, I would seek medical care elsewhere. My wife and I love Dr. Jacic. I credit her with saving my life.

Dr. Jacic is great—truly listens and cares and takes you in at the appointed time. Love the personalities of her staff that I interacted with today (front desk Crystal and nurse Angie)!

This was my first visit. Dr. Jacic listened and made a suggestion to change a medication to help me meet one of health goals that I’ve been struggling with for a few years. I look forward to working with her on improving and maintaining my health going forward.

Like Dr Jacic as a doctor she takes the time to answer your questions. The people here are always nice and helpful too.

* The front office staff (Theresa/Karen) are very friendly and helpful in carrying out any business issues that require updates. * The Intake RN (Brandi) was concise in taking in any symptoms/concerns I wanted Dr.Jacic to be aware of. She informed me of any stats as she took them. * Dr. Jacic was/is very easy to communicate with. I appreciate she sits down to be at eye level. She clearly explained all lab work taken. Doctor Aida Jacic is a great person she is very personal and easy to talk to I my not always agree with her I don't think they're a better doctor around and the staff at clover and York are some of the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being around so thanks to you all

She listened to my questions and concerns and offer feedback and information. She was very professional but at the same time not aloof. She's a great doctor.

Dr Jacic is a great doctor. She was very personable and took her time with me to talk about my issue. She appeared knowledgeable about her findings and finished our visit within a reasonable amount of time.

Not great if you’re a new patient.. I would recommend trying somewhere else. I have to wait 4 months to see them as a new patient and have called multiple times to try and move my date closer due to any cancellations. Literally told me “I have a cancellation for tomorrow but since you’re a new patient you have to wait till the date assigned” “there is always urgent care” HA, wow that’s bold of you to say… you don’t think I have considered or been to urgent care? Obviously I can’t see my assigned “doctor”. I need a doctor so I can get a referral to see a specialist….which is 4 months from now! Are you kidding me? Front desk is not very friendly. Overall has been a terrible experience.. wish there were more options in clover cause I’m stuck with this office due to my insurance… would give give it 0 stars if I could. Dr. Aida Jacic is an outstanding physician and my husband and I go to her and are now taking our grandchildren. Would highly recommend her and her nurse practioner is amazing as well.

It was an excellent visit in every way. Dr. Jacic was empathetic and helpful explaining questions I had about my health as it relates to having early stage Leukemia. She helped me to overcome many stresses I had about life with my disease and my future. I left feeling hopeful, grateful and prepared to jump back into my normal life, knowing she is there and well in formed about me as her patient..... She is an excellent communicator and good listener. I thank her for the feeling I can count on her to be there for me.
