Dr. Terry Frederick Hayes

I’ve seen Dr Hayes several times in the urgent care over the last several years. Dr Hayes is not only one of the smartest Doctors I’ve ever seen, but he is caring as well! He listens to the patient and evaluates what is happening to come to a conclusion that has always been spot on for everything I’ve ever seen him for (hence, the smart part). He has figured out a couple medical issues that I was having where other Doctors have not. Thank you Dr Hayes for choosing to be a Doctors as you are one of the best and your patients appreciate you!

One of a kind! Absolutely a caring Dr. My family has seen him for over 15 years and he has always treated us with respect and empathy. Three generations of my family are grateful for the care he had provided us in the urgent Care. Thank you, sir!

I was seen by Dr. Hayes, Tues 7/10/18. I went to Urgent Care West, w/ no idea what had caused a case of the hives. I didn't have to wait very long to be called back by very kind & helpful nurse - she even let me know that my vitals were better than last time. Then came in the wonderful Dr. Hayes - he asked questions that I could easily answer & gave me a brilliant diagnosis. I then got a much needed & appreciated shot in the bottom - never so happy to see a shot coming my way. She was super too!

Dr. Hayes is amazing! Best doctor ever! He truly cares about his patients--he LISTENS, which is becoming rare in the medical field. I appreciate that he always takes time with his patients. EVERYBODY loves him!!

Dr. Hayes was efficient and at the same time seemed to be willing to spend as much time with me as necessary for my visit. I did not feel rushed by him or the staff. He explained everything to me in understandable terms. I felt like I was with a doctor from a patient oriented era.

Dr. Hayes is seriously the best doctor I have ever had. I never feel like a number on the sign-in sheet or just a file in a doctor's office. I feel like a PERSON that he genuinely cares about helping. He listens carefully, explains things really well, shows sincere sympathy/empathy, and gives excellent medical advise. We need more doctors out there like this guy...
