Dr. Al Ira Berger

I have never had a dental exam as extensive and thorough as the one given by Dr Berger. He explained every part of the exam and it's purpose. He and his staff are very sensitive to the needs of the patient and make you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Berger and the entire staff are so friendly, efficient and accommodating. Dr. Berger is the best dentist and his work speaks for itself

My family has been going to Dr Berger since he started his practice in Oakdale. He is a fabulous dentist. He is so caring and gentle when he works on you and does superb dental work. I have had considerable amounts of work done. Dr Berger explains everything, step by step. Christine, my dental hygienist at the office is top notch !! Dr Berger's entire staff is also wonderful. Friendly is one thing, which they most certainly are, but they run a very efficient office. Waiting time is only a few minutes after arriving. They are so helpful with scheduling and insurance. Please do not hesitate if you are looking for a dentist or looking to change dentists. You have come to the right place !!

Dr Berger & his staff are nice people. Dr Berger is an excellent dentist plus he has a great sense of humor. Chris the hygienist is also very good. My wife and I travel 45 minutes just to go to Dr Berger’s office! There is an old-school caring atmosphere, not the prevalent “corporate-run” office feel.

The receptionist Francine handled all my appointments and insurance paperwork quickly and professionally. I went to 3 dentists trying to figure out why my root canal was still hurting, dr.Berger was the only one who was able to fix it!

Dr Berger is such a very good and funny doctor, he made my smile so perfect. Before, I did not like my upper front tooth and the bottom was slowly doubling, dr Berger recommended that I tried braces he recommends Invisalign since I did not wanted the wire brace because I think that I’m too old for those so, I chose to go with Invisalign and it was Amazing! All my tooth was straight and beautiful in no time. I was so happy, I also had a few spaces from missing tooth and I did an implant it was painless and healed so quickly as if I didn’t got it, now I can chew comfortably on those corners. I've been going to Al Berger, DDS, since I was a kid. He became my dentist and orthodontist after my previous dentist retired. I'm now in my 30s, and I would still highly recommend him and everyone involved with his practice. Although I grew up with a lot of anxiety associated with seeing doctors in general, he has always been able to put my mind at ease. Even after lapsing on insurance for several years and coming back after many years of not seeing him, he has always treated me with kindness, consideration and patience. His office has always worked with me to make sure I can secure an appointment in a timely manner. I have had a few emergency appointments over the years, and I have never felt rushed. Dr. Berger is incredibly skilled at what he does and continues to go above and beyond when it comes to patient care. During my last visit, he set aside extra time to smooth the edges of an old filling on my front tooth. Over the years, the edges of the filling had started to stain... it was something that could be easily seen whenever I smiled. Although I hadn't asked him to take care of it, it did really bother me and I had become very self-conscious of it. It only took him a few minutes to make that front tooth look amazing, but it meant the world to me. It was one of those things I didn't realize bothered me as much as it did until he fixed it.
