My family and I have been seeing Dr. Cimmino for many, many years -- he's an awesome doctor, understanding, thorough & patient -- highly recommend.

Big help to me and myfamily. Always goes above and beyond.

Absolutely love the care and understanding Dr. Cimmino has for his patients. My late teen son refuses any other doctor as he is very approachable and more understanding than a pediatrician. He is funny, top notch care even though he is busy he makes time for you.

I have been going to Dr. Cimmino for over 10 years. He truly is an amazing and compassionate doctor. Dr. Cimmino doesn't, " health shame" you or brush off your concerns like some other doctors. I only wish he was open 5 days a week and the wait times weren't so long. However, he is worth the wait in the end.

Great doctor he really listens to you and he has a great staff I've been going to him for years

If I could leave no stars I would. Dr. Cimmino is the worst doctor I have been to. Terrible bedside manner. Doesn't care about his patients. Stay far away from this doctor.

Best primary care doctor. My parents and I have been going to him for years and he truly is the best doctor out there. He’s very compassionate and has the best bedside manner. He’s very knowledgeable and will try his best to treat you for whatever you are going in for. Not to mention he is hilarious and will try to make you laugh even if you are not feeling well. I literally trust no other doctor. Even though I have moved to Nassau county, I still take the 30 minute drive to him because it’s not worth going to another doctor. Yes you will usually have a wait when you visit the office but in my opinion it is worth it. Best primary care doctor. I’ve been going to him for over 15 years sad to see he had covid and is no longer practicing I wish him all the best with his recovery love him as dr nd a friend

UPDATE: Shortly after I wrote this, I found out that he was hospitalized. So I really can’t fault the guy on not refilling my scripts. Glad that he is finally doing much better and will be back to work soon. So my star rating is now ???????????????????? The main reason I'm giving them a horrible review is that there is no way to contact them during this coronavirus pandemic and they refused to refill my medications (7 of them) because I need to be seen. Well I am sorry, i have lungs problems and a bad immune system. The office is so small, that even if they were open, I couldn't be in there. So needless to say I will be going from taking these meds daily to nothing. So what does that mean? Withdrawals? A heart attack? Stroke? Yeah I love Dr. Cimmino but this is ridiculous. Dr Cimmino takes his time to really listen to his patients and make sure to perform thorough examination to get to the root of the problem instead of being dismissive of your concerns. He’s incredibly quick witted and personable. Going in for an annual checkup feels like visiting an old friend . Dr. Cimmino is one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate , creditable and thorough professional medical Doctor’s I have been treated by in a very long time. He is always on point in my medical needs with positive outcomes every time . I trust Dr. Cimmino completely with my medical and health . Doctor is a good professional no doubt about that.....but the medical staff front desk receptionist etc.. are a peace of ($@#@) they never answer the phone they really don't care about patients..need to hire more competitive workers.

My wife paid a visit in August for low back pain. Now we got medical bills of several hundred dollars for thyroid function tests, Helicobacter Pylori test, etc - not related with a chief complaint. Amazing Doctor, takes a very focused interest in every patient. He found the perfect combination of antibiotics to get rid of a very stubborn cough I had. The wait is all everyone complains about here but its a simple solution, you stop in and sign up then you can leave to do an errand or even go home. They call your phone when you're coming up next. Dr. Cimmino is hilarious and his knowledge is varied and holistic. His staff is great; helpful and patient. There can be a wait but I think that's due to drop-ins, and the care is worth it. The only problem I've had is a full voicemailbox on the results line, which is frustrating but remedied by leaving a message on the main line or calling during business hours. He’s been my Family Doctor for over 20 years and my ex and kids who are now young adults still love Dr. Cimmino!!! He’s knowledgeable and also respects your thoughts and feelings!!! Yes you may have to wait now because he’s quite popular!! Everyone loves him!!! Hard to resist!!

Made a appointment and waited 2 hours just to be seen. Honestly ridiculous

If I can give this office 0 stars I certainly would, the staff are completely incompetent at keeping files in order I waited one hour and still no one was able to find my file. If you need to get paperwork done for your agency never get it done here they will have you wait around all day.

He's the best. The wait can be long, but worth it. Lately it has been difficult to get them on the phone to make an appointment. I like to avoid walk-iins.

Dr. Cimino is an amazing doctor. He spends as much time as you need and does a thorough evaluation of any of your medical needs. He is an old school primary care doctor that will sit with you and help you with any of your issues that you might have. He will see you or talk with you after hours ad he puts in ridiculous hours at the office all for the patients‘s. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor and he does except most all insurance. The wait is extremely too long and once you get to the room it's another 15 to 20 minutes. I still have to give him 5 stars because he is the best doctor I ever had. Very thorough and Yes funny. Dr. Marc Cimmino is a good doctor but the wait is entirely too long. Even with an appointment, the wait is over an hour in the waiting room and an additional waiting in the examination room which feels like torture. Expect to be in and out in 2+ hours which is why I hate coming here.

Really? This office is a joke. I signed in at 3pm and they told me to leave and they would call me when it was almost my turn. Beyond shady. I needed a referral to a specialist for an appointment in two days so I have no choice but to use this guy. It's six o'clock and still no call so I just came back and the waiting room has 7 people sitting here. The majority of the people on the sign-in sheet were walk-ins and I made an appointment. Dr. Cimmino is a exceptional Doctor. I admit the waiting is fustrating , however he goes above ,and beyond for his patients. He takes the time to explain procedures or illnesses until you understand clearly. He listens to his patients concerns and is attentive to their needs. He has many times called in appointments for other doctors / specialist in room for me during my visits , also writing out referrals directly. Dr. Cimmino is big into preventive care , making sure I have a ekg everytime I am in for whatever the reason and will have referrals ready for other annual tests and procedures.without my requesting them .He knows his patients and does everything he can for them.He is friendly, compassionate ,and try his best to get you in and out. I have been a patient of his for years , and tho the wait can be fustrating. I love Dr. Cimmino. Yes, the wait time is long but for me he is worth the wait. Very thorough and excellent bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Do not waste your time coming here. It's not worth it. The wait is ridiculous and there is always and I mean an excuse on why the wait is so long (waiting over 2 hours isn't right.) The front desk isn't good either. Go somewhere else for your check up and/or blood work. I had blood work done and I called a while later to get my results and they never gave it to me. I'm going over there to go get it myself and I am never going back.

If you don't mind the long wait he is a very good doctor. He tries to alleviate the waiting times but sometimes it is difficult because not all patients are the same- some require more time than others, and some, a lot more. Bottom line though....he's a good Doctor!

Dr. Cimmino is worth the wait. He is such a compassionate doctor that cares about his patient's. That's why the wait is so long. He spends time with his patient's. He has diagnosed things that other doctor's have missed.

Not sure, because I never got to see him.. They left me sitting there for 3.5 hrs and when I got up to ask about the wait, her reply is, I'm sitting here too you know.. I said but your getting paid.. I'm not... I lost 3 hrs because you told me you don't have 5pm appts yet, I'm waiting past 6pm. Wrong answer nurse. That's not empathy for patients. Don't bother. Always a 2 hour wait , he is a good doctor but has his paitent waiting for ever

Avoid this guy like the plague. He never told my girlfriend that she had tested positive for mono and never told her that she had a squished disc even though it was listed on her chart. He also prescribed my girlfriend mom migrane medication to help her lose weight. He's horrible.

Being a long-time and grateful patient of Dr. Cimmino, I am very glad he's still practicing medicine. Each visit, even when there's a long wait, ends with me feeling uplifted because of Dr. Cimmino's "bedside" manner and expertise. He's caring, supportive and knowledgeable.

The amount of time being wasted in the waiting room is disrespecrful to the patience. The office overbooks appointments and allows walk ins, which leads to hours of waiting. Staff does not seem to be fazed by the rudeness of thinking peoples time is not important. The survey asks wait time and only goes to 45+ minutes. I waited 3 hours!!!!
