My first choice was Dr. Adetokumbo but my primary care physician thought Dr. Albert Telfeian was the best one for me for my excruciating pain in my neck, left shoulder and arm since April 20th 2022. I went for my first appointment with Dr. Telfeian. He seemed cordial towards me. I handed him a printout of my health history. He sent me to have and EMG done with my neuroligist. Dr. Telfeian said he would fixed two issues with one cut. His words! I had the test preformed 4 days later. My neurologist faxed the results to Dr. Telfeian. I went to Dr. Telfeian for my second visit. He claimed he didn't receive my results of the EMG. I asked him to contact Dr. Carayannopoulos since I had been going for pain management with him. He abruptly said NO! That set off alarms off to me. What kind of Dr. wouldn't consult with the Dr. I had been going to for the same pain? To add injury to pain Dr. Carayannopoulos is in the same building on the first floor!

Dr Telfeian is my angel here on earth! He is a very compassionate surgeon and person and very skilled. I went from non functional for a long time to walking and working within 3 weeks of my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr T!

...as I was saying, but my review cut off for some reason... On my second visit to the pain center the DR. looks me right in the eyes and says "I can't prescribe you opiates, I see nothing on your imaging." I say, "thats fine I don't want opiates, I want some treatment that will help me get better." She says, "well I'm sorry there is nothing we can do for you." I really have to wonder what the heck Telfian told them on my referal.

He looked over my imaging with me for 10 minutes then said I don't see anything I can do for you (I'm fine with that), but then he proceded to go on to give me a lecture on how all of the healthcare providers, I've been to, are good smart doctors he'd send his own family to... That's all well and good, but I've been to all of them, and I'm still suffering. He didn't offer up anything to help me get releif from this pain, which is what I need.

An absolute magician with a scalpel . I can not say enough about the surgical repair he performed on my herniated disc. I went from barley being able to move and constant pain to being completely asymptomatic . I great surgeon and a wonderful individual as well. James Gallagher

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Telfeian. He explains things in depth, very compassionate, easy to talk to and a top notch surgeon. So lucky to have found him!

In 2004 I was involved in an ATV accident in Clovis NM. Dr. Telfeian did my craniotomy, managed my ICP, and my medically induced coma. I recovered after rehabilitation and was able to become a fire fighter. Because of his care and professionalism, I was able to pay it back and save lives also. Thank you so much sir. I am forever grateful.

Doctor Telfeian is a skilled surgeon, with his level of expertise matched only by his humility. As a father and a professional, he understands every level of nervousness coupled with something as serious as brain surgery, and goes out of his way to ensure the greatest level of comfort and reassurance the patient needs. Doctor Telfeian shares a very personal relationship with his patients and does everything in his power to adjust conditions for the patient's needs.
