Had my appointment scheduled since July and waited til Nov 10. I have been very sick on and off. And called the office let them know I am running late due to being unwell and driving myself to the appointment. I ended up in the wrong building... I was 7 mins late and they made me reschedule. I will go elsewhere and wait another 3 months. Those 7 minutes I would of been sitting there waiting to be seen. Ended up in the E.R next door.

First of all, I came here with a referral to Dr Dibble. I needed to get in asap. Front desk scheduled my daughter the next day first thing with Dr Fayek. Very good experience with front desk, helpful and kind. We were seen by an "associate" who entered the room, did an exam on my daughter and took notes in the computer. She was thorough and kind. Then entered Dr Fayek, who never examined my daughter herself or came within 6 feet of her. Just went off of what the "associate" said. She was cold and had no empathy at all. We will not be returning to her as she made light of the discomfort my daughter was in. Did not want to talk anything past what she was having issues with presently, even though she has had other Gastro issues that could be related or not. Left there with instructions to take the Zofran at night to avoid nausea in the morning. Altho that did not work, she was over the toilet again dry heaving this morning! Superior attitude, cold and not helpful. What has happen to medicine? You come to be examined by the Dr your scheduled with! Is this what Covid has done to some of these physicians? She didnt even come near her! So disappointed!

After a terrible experience with my first GI, we found Dr Fayek... she's so smart, sweet, and understanding to my needs. Highly recommended

Dr Fayek is very thorough and I love her nurse Marisol she is wonderful! I would definitely recommend!

Don't use this office. The staff think they are the appointment police and you'll never get in after the first consult. It's not worth it just to have a woman physician. She's part of Care New England, and there's a reason they're going broke. Better care can be found at West River Endoscopy.

Fast to prescribe testing but slow on giving you the results.

Dr. Fayek listens to my concerns and seeks alternative options when needed. She thinks outside of the box and I couldn't be happier with her. Highly recommend

Dr. Fayek is kind, concerned talented and professional. I will recommend her to all of my family and friends.

Dr. Fayek made me feel comfortable, and made sure she answered all my questions. She sent me for tests and listened to my concerns. Her treatment helped me. She was wonderful.

The staff at the desk and guiding me to the exam room were professional and helpful. Dr. Fayek took her time asking and answering questions and provided guidance and education on the steps necessary to determine the cause of my issues. A nurse who performed a test on me was equally as forthcoming and patient.
