1. The ladies at the front desk are HORRIBLE. Both are rude, unkind, unsympathetic and shouldn’t be in contact with people, particularly in costumer service. They are the worst and the reason why I had to change OBGYN. It’s not only me with this opinion, I recommended a couple of friends to visit this office and ran away after the first visit. These people urgently need an intensive course on how to deal with delicate situations and long time costumers. 2. Such a shame, Dr. Singer is a knowledgeable and kind professional as well as his nurses. 3. They take forever to call you in, I have fell asleep in the waiting room and then in the private room, half naked with a disposable robe because the doctors could take ages to get to you. Came here for a sonogram while receiving midwifery care through DMA - as many others have said, Dr. Singer was excellent and extremely thorough but be prepared to wait (we waited in the sonography room for almost an hour after our scheduled appointment time).

I give Dr. Singer himself 5 stars, but the wait has become longer over the past few years and the front office staff is inconsistent and not always as friendly and professional as they should be. I've been a patient for over 20 years now and have gotten OCO recommendations from Dr. Singer, so that should tell you something!

I love Dr singer and his staff. They make you feel so welcoming and and safe. He’s very professional and genuinely a great doctor!

I called his office 2 weeks later and was told he was out of the office for the day and my file would be placed on his desk, Dr. Singer then called me back in less than 10 minutes with my results. I absolutely love Dr. Singer. He has been my OBGYN for 15+ yrs. He has always been very attentive and caring, he listens to your concerns, asks questions and can always pinpoint your symptoms and gives accurate diagnosis. He's also a great surgeon. Dr. Singer is very personable and spent a good amount of time with me, answering all my questions, and I had many, as it was my first pregnancy. His office staff is professional and kind. I wanted a natural birth and, though labor and delivery was long and painful, he was often in my room to check on and encourage me. He is an excellent, caring physician!

I worked in Labor & Delivery with Dr Singer and he was ALWAYS accessible to the nurses and his patients no matter what time of day. His decisions regarding patient care was right on and well respected by his colleagues. He trusted the nurses he worked with and we trusted him with the care of his patients. Teamwork is always the best when Dr Singer is in charge. And, when he couldn’t make it to the Myerson for a symphony, he was would offer his tickets to my son..Matthew Swindle

Tends to forget or omit important information, waiting is about 2 hours even when you have an appointment. It is ok for a free service, but since I and my insurance are being charged... I could not justify visiting him. Personally he is ok, but I have never heard an apology for making us wait several hours (even with appointment).

While this doctor was pleasant & communicated well , I'll NEVER RETURN! The office staff is unprofessional, rude & incompetent. They don't greet you when you arrive, throw the clip board at you telling you to hurry with the information, don't relay phone messages, don't communicate timely with other physicians to obtain medical documents, refuse to communicate by email, AND they are surly & obtuse!. Forget about seeing your results. The office hours are 9-3, so good luck scheduling

I have been waiting for 2 weeks now for results from my exam. I have called 4 times and been told I would be receiving a call. His office staff is rude and completely rude and more importantly clueless!!!!
