Dr. Weeland----You have kept me alive to see my great grandkids, my anniversary is going on 24 years, in July, since my cardiac arrest --I want my pen or something?

Dr. Wheelan was patient and gave amazingly clear explanations on the procedure. After the ablation he gave an excellent recap to my family and answered all of their questions and concerns. I was very glad that I sought out his expertise in this area of medicine.

Dr. Wheelan is a highly competent cardiologist with a straightforward, direct but compassionate manner. He tells you straight if you need to make lifestyle changes and doesn't mince words but isn't judgmental. I have 100% confidence in his abilities as a diagnostician and surgeon. I have atrial fibrulation with complications and there's no physician I trust more than him.

Being in the healthcare field, I try to choose my caregivers wisely. Dr Wheelan is, in my opinion, the best of the best. You don't trust your life to anyone less.

Dr. Wheelan absolutely changed my life. He performed an ablation for me 2 years ago and I am eternally grateful for his expertise and caring approach. I must say that on the day of the procedure I had no anxiety at all; I had every confidence in Dr. Wheelan. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His staff was extremely helpful dealing with my insurance company (Julie went at least an extra mile). The staff at Baylor Hospital was also very professional and put everyone at ease.

With Dr. Wheeland you are treated as a person not just a patient. He is not only a good doctor but a good man. I trust him.
