Terrible doctor! Wanted me to hold my 16 year old baby on my lap his whole entire appointment!

We love Dr. Palma , she is patient ,attentive and always answers all questions and takes her time when she's with us . My kids and I love her ????

I called to book appointment the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. She said they had no appointment until September and when I tried to explain why I needed appointment for my son immediately she just hanged up the call on me. I can’t believe this. This is sooo bad. Hiring such unprofessional people will damage your progress.

Rushed us and very abrupt. We will not be seeing her again. Surprised in such a caring office to receive such treatment. We won't let her experience leave a sour taste for the rest of the amazing and thorough professionals in the office.

Had me wait for over an hour in the exam room my 8 year old for a standard physical. What a waste of time and disrespect of our time and a little girl’s patience.
