Been a patient of her for years, extremely friendly and Knowledgeable. Highly recommend her.

She is wonderful her bed side manner is amazing she really cares and she really wants to help you.

Scheduling with her staff is a nightmare and make it not worth the hassle. She’s been coming after me with a no show fee for an appointment (over a year ago) that I called to cancel with notice. Threatening collections over it. Office apparently denying I called. My partner also made an appointment and was given the wrong location information so was marked as a no show as well, even though they showed up where the receptionist told them to go. Dr. Kalra herself is pleasant enough to see as a physician, but I will not returning to a place so desperate to charge people fees and unreliable with scheduling. Efficient staff. Offers easy access via video and in person visits. Vary knowledgeable physician with friendly and warm bed side manor.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Doctor is Okay but Office Administration is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. They work on suppositions and assume the patient just a mule. I will never recommend anyone to this office.

She is awesome. Listens and very respectful. She takes her time with each patient and her front desk ladies help in every way

She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Her staff isn't always the friendliest. Trying to make an appointment on the phone, they get kinda rude. Understand some people have bad days but not professional to take it out on a patient

Terrible office staff. Over books so patients sit and wait, and wait, and wait. Totally no personal relationship to patients. Absolutely no follow up from visit to visit. It's like starting over each time you see her.
