I've been a patient here since the 1990's and love the practice. However, this year I have become a cash patient. When I called the office to get all of the billing information so I know upfront how much I will have to spend the office manager told me they do not give out their billing information until I receive services. I told her I needed to know how much something costs before I commit to it. I've had conversations with the doctor on this and she (the Dr) has said she prefers cash payments. All I wanted was a list of prices for the things that I regularly go in for, yearly exam, x-ray, sports physical, step test and the office manager refused to give me any of that information saying it was against office policy. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The fact that these people call themselves doctors is flabbergasting. Sending a patient home with no explanation of the medicine given or circumstances of their physical and mental health. Doctors are meant to comfort and relieve a patient of all that is bothering them. I can say from first hand experience, their patients are not #1 on their list- money is. Zero Stars. They do not care about people at all! Very disappointed. Sincerely, you are only money to them and you often pay extra because of their incompetence and/or greed. Don't go here.

After waiting about an hour they asked me for my payment I told him if I have to leave sometimes I have to leave suddenly if I could wait until they actually called me to pay they said they cannot help me I left... it’s interesting that they have been losing so many patients lately now I see why this is become more of a beauty salon. My whole family comes to Family First Medical Center. I dont understand why the reviews are so negative. The staff has allways been very courteous and caring. I love going here. Leeroy, Jacob, Sandy, and the rest of the staff are the best. Seldom is there a long wait, I really love this Dr.

Just called another dr. my kids used to see 10yrs ago. Very Helpful office. Offered to both fax and mail my child's vaccination record to new dr. Dr. Garza's office: I have to make the request in person, it will cost $10, and take over 2 weeks. Wow.

Melissa at the window is very rude. She told me it was not her responsibility to look up my dad's insurance without his social. Every other Dr I have been to verifies my insurance without it. She was going to make me stay in the waiting room until I could get a hold of my dad at work. She didn't even tell me she would not be working me up because of this. Never had such a terrible experience at a doctor's office. Such rude staff. If you cannot verify insurance with the information you have then you are not qualified for the job. I've billed insurance before and I gave Melissa more than enough information. Melissa at the window is very rude. I was sent to this place due to a work-related injury. This facility operates under the guise of offering physical therapy when in reality they offer "therapy medicine". THERE IS NO LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST ON THE PREMISES! My injury worsened as a result of these "therapy" sessions. As a result, workers comp only allows 6 sessions of therapy and all my sessions were exhausted at this place. I do NOT recommend this facility for work related injuries and I recommend you do your research and select a doctor from the list that has true licensed physical therapy professionals.
