Called to request a COVID test, and was told they are no longer doing same day testing. This is the second location I have attempted to get tested. Those trailers that offer testing said it was $100 copay with my insurance. This is absolutely disturbing that getting tested is this hard. Something is wrong with this system.

Didn't get into the doctor anywhere near our "appointed" time.

Dr. Martin and the other "drs" practising at DLC have improperly diagnosed my child on several occasions. Tests ran of course (in-office) since they charge the insurance and collect co-pay just to find out that they diagnose the child incorrectly and end up needing a second opinion where it was found that the child did in fact have the illness, virus, developmental disorders, etc. Also have a reputation for "stealing" referrals and results from referrals that were made by other drs out of DLC.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Staff is useless along with doctor. They don’t give you respect whatsoever. They expect you to just stay quiet and don’t complain when your child is not being treated properly.

Took my child in was tested positive for influenza an idiot garbage assistant Jennifer Rivera treated my sick child.When I started giving my child the medicine that was prescribed he started acting very strange he wasn’t himself and started feeling even worse. Before I had given him that medicine he was not that sick. I kept calling the office to let them know how my child was responding to the medicine and they told me it was normal and that he would be better after a few days. On my 3rd phone call they just said to take him to the ER hospital. I knew as a parent something wasn’t right. So I decided to take him in to another doctor to get his opinion. I showed him the medicines she had prescribed doctor was in disbelief and shocked he said this are for adults not a child. All this medicines he doesn’t need whatsoever. He told me to throw them immediately he was upset just imagine I’m the parent how I felt after he said it could have caused his life. This doctor diagnosed my child with minor flu and said he didn’t need any of these medications. Doctor kept saying how can she be practicing and be allowed to treat children. I won’t ever go back to this pathetic clinic and i don’t recommend to anyone to trust them with your children. Would they have prescribed there own kids with those medicines I’m willing to bet they wouldn’t. Parents Beware! The doctor was not able to diagnose my son, he just wasted my time saying there was nothing wrong with him so I took him to a real doctor .
