VERY BAD DOCTOR in Austin!

2 years later, still no answers. I feel all she wants to do is bill my insurance for bloodwork and 2 minute consults etc., see you again in 6 months. My visits with her are a joke. Not impressed and I’m changing to Texas Oncology.

Dr. Malik is a wonderful Doctor, She has been treating me for Breast Cancer, had a Mastectomy done. She is such a wonderful Doctor in caring for all my needs. She takes time to answer all your questions. She lets you know about your treatments etc. I would recommend her to anyone needing treatment. Wishing all the best. :)

Dr Alka Mallik is my mother’s oncologist. My mom has multiple myeloma and had received an autologous stem cell transplant in June 2019. Dr Mallik has been administering maintenance chemotherapy since the transplant while also acting has her PCP for all practical purposes. She has great bedside manners, is efficient and compassionate, and inspires her staff to also be the same way. My dad, who is my mom’s primary caretaker, is hard of hearing and has some difficulty conversing in English. However, Dr Mallik ensures that my parents leave satisfied after every visit. Mom is indeed fortunate to have her as her doctor and oncologist, and we are grateful to Dr Mallik and her staff for all that they do at Austin Cancer Centers. Dr Mallik is profesional, attentive and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I love the doctors nurses that work there super nice people they are so cool ladies

Even though it took more time than normal to complete today's visit, I am happy with Dr Mallik's treatment plan for me and my health is improving a lot!

Dr. Malik is smart and kind and attentive and caring. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Mallik is a very concerned and compassionate physician. She listens to me and takes my thoughts and concerns into consideration in my medical plan. She is thorough and very educated in matters concerning my health. I appreciate her compassion and knowledge.

I visited dr mallik a month ago and I have some labs done and was told they will follow up in few days. I have called her office multiple times ad left voicemails but no response.

Dr. Malik is a godsend. She explains everything in detail and makes you understand all the options available. Love her!

Except for the wait time to actually see Dr. Mallik, I am very happy with her professionalism, depth of knowledge and "bed side" manner. I have also been happy working with her knowledgeable Physician Assistant when Dr. Mallik is not available for same day or next day appointments.
