I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for many years..She is always concerned about my medical as well as personal needs..front staff is always on top of authorizations and referrals.

This is the worst most sad and uncomfortable place, the doctor should remember why she became a doctor, her attitude is very poor!!! Maybe she needs to see a doctor her self. Or just retired if she no longer tolerate her job and ger patients. She doesn't deserve that white coat she wears!!

I could not agree more with the reviews. Mrs Patel does not care about her patients. She does this doctor gig for the paycheck. Terrible service from almost everyone in that office. I feel for the girls who have to work for her.. makes sense why there’s always a new face working the back. Stay far far away from this office!

She was rude and insulting. No bedside manner at all. A horrible human being who passes her own judgement on her patients instead of treating their issues. Beware. Zero stars!

Negative 10 stars. Worst Doctor ever, who took the oath to help people in pain. Who doesn't even care to listen even on the phone. This is the second time. 1st when i had a severe backache where i couldn't even move, and she was on “vacation”, her staff said you need to manage on your own. The doctor did not even have any emergency nurse for phone consultation. Even during A PANDEMIC!! Today was the worst, i called to ask what i need to do regarding my muscle spasm i had, so severe that i could not move one inch and it was so painful i was stuck at work. She came on the phone and i said i have severe muscle spasm. To that she did not even let me finish and said “get an appointment with my nurse and if you cant then go to ER, DO NOT CALL ME AND HUNG UP”. I was in tears with that pain and that namesake doctor didn’t BOTHER to even ask what the problem was. As a patient of Dr. Patel my health has never improved greater. She is tough when she needs to be, does not candy coat, but is real and cares. Something I need. i would give 0 star but i dont have choice. so i have to give one star. the staff is so rude. never helpful and it always take longer than usual to get approval from dr. patel's office. it sucks.

It seems she has a lot of back ground expirence, because of the Corona Virouse it took us over 3 weeks to be able and see my mother in law Maria Jimenez. Lets see what my mother in.opinion is!

Dr. Patel is really friendly and kind. She asked alot of history questions and was very informative. I didn't feel like she was rushing, like most doctors do. Also staff is really friendly. I am very pleased with my consult today, and will keep going back to Dr Patel.

Very unprofessional very insulting. I went in for issues with leg pain and hand pain and was asking for a referral for a neurologist, podiatrist, and dermatologist. She said she thought I was an alcoholic, and that I was just there to score drugs. And then told me she wanted to put me on antidepressants and mood stabilizers. When I repeatedly told her I did not want any medication I just want a referral. She was completely not focused on the issues I came for and spent the whole time telling me that I’ve made nothing the bad decisions in my life and that I’m gonna wind up homeless. She’s also my father’s Doctor Who has cancer . My final straw was when she suggested that I’m depressed because my father is going to die and he is my only source of income. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other doctor. I’ve never been so insulted and offended and a medical environment before my life. Very unprofessional very insulting. The worst doctor I haven’t seen in my life, almost 2 hours waiting for her

Went to her she acted concerned and I was telling her about my back issue and she referred me to a specialist then when he said he couldn’t really help I called her office and they told me she no longer wanted to be my doctor I was like umm ok she thought I was lying just to get whatever and 2 years later I finally found a doctor who believed me and did extra xrays I never had in 3 years and they found the problem. I have never encountered such an awful human being. Complete disregard to all patients, she does not care about them. It is very obvious she comes in to do a job and then goes home. She has no passion for the well being of people. You should show more empathy and care in a field that’s already full of people who do care. She does not give reason behind prescription and she can’t be bothered to. not care. Been with her for years it’s always been the same thing. Will NEVER be going Back. BEWARE

Worst doctor, rude, called me "fat", not overweight EVERY visit. Doesn't address your concerns, but hers. Will not fill out any type of paperwork. Has NO business being a doctor.

Appointment was at 1130 wasn't seen until 1250. I have a two month old who hasn't been eating as much as he used to. I was concerned. all other doctors recommend to tell them when feeding patterns change. But she said just feed him more often. ( but he's not eating) after she finishes with his vitals she says no more work now time to play with baby and picks up my baby and kisses his cheek. Hello . Keep your lips off my baby. Dr. Patel is not only rude but completely unhelpful I had recurring infections and have seen her sometimes twice in a month for almost a year! she did nothing to help me! But give me attitude and kept telling me to drink water! She was so willing to take my money but never spent more than 5mintues seeing me! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. Always helpful

I feel as though a load has been lifted. Our family Doctor Thomas L Davis III retired and I have not been able to find one direct to and to the point. Dr Amiksha Patel gives you advise on what to eat and makes sure you are exercising. She also got to the source of my sons migraines.

Dr. Patel is like no other. She is compassionate yet very firm with the care of her patients; if she gives you instructions to better your health, she expects you to follow through and will check up on you. Dr Patel will keep you on your toes and in good health.

Absolute horrible doctor, Rude and a coward! Calls you fat, not overweight, every visit. Doesn't care about your illness/problem but only about how you need to lose weight, her opinions on drug companies, and people in general. Bedside manner is lousy....22 years? How? I only stayed at that office out of loyalty to my doctor who retired. She was great! Patel? Stay away!

I changed doctors today. I have had enough of the unkind, uncaring and frankly disrespectful way she has treated myself, my 24 yr old, my 30 yr old and my 25 yr old. All at different times and in different ways but always the same behavior.I Agree her staff and P.A. are amazing. I believe she will cost someone their life one day. My pain matters my concerns matter and I matter! My sons changed doctors as well. You lost 4 patients today, I hope you can learn to show some compassion and kindness.

This Dr. shows no empathy or concern. Not a trace of kindness or compassion shown in this woman. The staff is great though, would be nice of some of that rubbed off on the Dr.

Totally unhelpful dealing with elderly parents. Her specialty is geriatrics! Never concerned about anything the family is concerned about. Only some weird little thing that she suddenly thinks is important. Refuses to make appropriate referrals. Refuses to talk to family members who are HIPAA appointed and have power of attorney over the patient on the phone (even if you offer to pay for an appointment for the time). Can't be bothered to help family members dealing with dementia in their parents
