You can have an appt at 9:00 am and wont get called until an hour or 2 later, you see different physicians not your assigned doctor, and it is difficult to reach the scheduling line, i don't recommend this office, very frustrating and unprofessional.

Very bad experience with Dr. Carcamo! We got an appointment with him last week. The appointment was 9:30am and I stressed on the staff that I have another appointment after that and am really in hurry. After being there at 9:10am and getting our new born out of her clothes we were kept there waiting for a lot of time and after I started getting angry because she’s left like that and I insisted to see Dr. Carcamo his staff confessed that he hasn’t even arrived yet! Dr. CARCAMO has been the doctor for my kids for almost 14 years. He was a good dr back in his days. Now I feel he suffers from dementia. He seems very confused. Doesn't listen to his patients. Has Hey very well rehearsed routine. If you give him too much information he can't remember. his office staff is absolutely horrible. His office is filthy now. And yes his soap is watered down if he washed his hands. I have now after 14 years switched pediatricians. I would never go back. Dr. Carcamo is awesome! My daughter was born in the NICU and he was her endocrinologist since practically day 1. He reassures me that my daughter is doing great and if I feel she needs extra care (eye doctor, OT, Speech, etc) he's very supportive. He treats my daughter like his own child. The only reason this office gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because, yes the wait can be tedious (but if you get there early you won't have a long wait) but it's really his MAs that bring him down. The lady who always gives my daughter her shots is fantastic but the ones who deal with referrals are TERRIBLE. My daughter needs OT and an apnea monitor and Carcamo agrees and is adamant that we get these things but some how the referrals always slip through the cracks. I hate to be that parent that has to call everyday and make sure they are doing their job, but that's what they are driving me to do. I love Dr.Carcamo i took my two daughters for about 5yrs there the only problem is that theres a lot of Doctors there and they each have a different perspective. There is a wait when in the waiting room and even more time when in the room.

I love the fact that they can provide you with a same day apt. Dr. Carcamo and his staff are very caring and they provide great health care. The PA's are amazing and I feel very comfortable taking my son to see them as well. The staff is always very friendly and I'm thankful that my son has been under their care for four years.
