Dr Leonard is great. My only problem is with the receptionist’s. They screwed up my appointment and then basically laughed at me and said sorry there’s nothing they can do. The receptionist next to her started to cackle after I told her that was the second time she was rude to me. Worst receptionist’s I have ever been around

I am not one to write reviews but i felt i needed to share my experience. This is a horrible place to take your child. THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PARENTS WISHES AND DECIDED TO DO AS THEY PLEASE! It was my baby girls 2 month check up and she was about to get her shots. Me as a parent who had a serve reactions to the vaccinations as a baby was extremely cautions about giving the shots to my baby girl. As we sat in the room explaning my story to the PA and telling her 3 TIMES I want only to give her ONE SHOT AT A TIME AND TO SEPERATE THEM OUT. This way if she had a bad reaction we would know what shot did it and we could treat it accordingly. The PA reassured me should would just be getting the DTAP SHOT. The shot was given and i was told she did great and to make an appt in a month. At the receptionist desk i asked for a summary of her visit so i could have it on record what they gave my baby girl. They told me oddly that they do not give print outs. So i asked them to write it down, thats when i discovered that the one shot that they had given her was actually the DTAP, POLIO AND HEB B ALL COMBINED INTO ONE! MY HEART FELT LIKE IT WAS GOING TO EXPLODE. I was so upset that they deceived me. Now if she has a reaction i have no clue what shot did it to her. I was told by the doctor that the PA must have not understood what i was saying even though i said it "3 TIMES".The doctor said to me "I see your upset but theres nothing that they can do for us now". In my opinion if your looking for a good doctor this is not the place to go!! I am not one to write reviews but i felt i needed to share my experience. This is a horrible place to take your child. We love Dr. Leonard and so do our kids. She is absolutely wonderful!! Highly recommend! She has been our doctor for the last 9 yrs. Never a long wait to see her & you dont feel rushed out of the room with her. She's great!

Everyone is nice, the waiting area is nice as well with tv, playing area. They call you in quickly, so waiting time is a breeze. This has been my daughter's doctor for two years, and no complaint yet.
