TERRIBLE!!! All they care about is money! Visit with a cold and they’ll give follow up appointments for everything else. Don’t care about you AT ALL. Wait time is about an hour AT LEAST sometimes. I never had issues with my pcp there and the manager that is there I like her she is sweetheart and my mom really likes her when she been in pain with her leg they talk to her and check on her I like that thank you guys for all your help for my mom

Was looking for a new doctor. was put and left on hold then when they picked up they didn’t even remember what I called for after laughing in my face about not remembering why I was calling they are sloppy and unprofessional ..

went their today if it wasn't for the nurse I would of left as soon as I saw the Dr,She never looked at me and kept typing on her computer.No bedside manner.The visit was all about tests.Never looked at my leg !Will not be going back!

Wanted to leave negative star but that was not an option. The entire office is unfriendly and uncaring. Left my 90 year old dad waiting during a followup to give test results - while the doctor left--LEFT for the day leaving dad in exam room. Didn't examine him only verbally asked him how he was this was his 3rd examine but NO ACTUAL EXAMINE took place. Office leaves you holding on the phone, pill pack has called them several times regarding medication no reply. Don't walk RUN AWAY to another doctor.

Waited forever in the waiting room for a physical that lasted less than 10 minutes, didn't even take my shoes off. Had to make a second appointment to hear all the blood work was perfect ... See you next year. She had no bedside manner.

How Medical Associates keeps this person employed there is beyond me and I am a medical professional myself! She definitely got her license in a cracker jack box! She has no idea what an oath is! Waste of my time, she didn't even give me a diagnosis for my sick visit however she was quick to schedule me for a follow up visit. Definitely feels like they just care about billing for any treatment they can, whether it's even legitimately warranted. When I asked questions she wouldn't answer me, only advised me to talk to another doctor to address them. I've already found a new doctor, will never be returning there again. Good doctor not patient friendly

Truly horrible I watch a doctor frank talk to a patient as If she was nothing no communication. Always typing asking why are you here have a attitude.

totally uncaring and kinda nazi like when it comes to doctors. not sure how she got so many stars on google on other md sites she didn't do so well. i would trust the other sites and a different doctor.

No bedside manner, works like a robot and tries to rush you out.. Orders unnecessary tests, personally can't imagine why anyone would choose her as their Dr. She's so unfriendly, almost Nazi like.. Would never send anyone to her!!!!

This place is terrible I wanted to be seen for an hour in the waiting room. I believe anyone that uses this doctor has a lawsuit for violation of privacy. I am shocked to see they collected your urine sample and leave it in a restroom were all patients have access to it with my name and date of birth on it I don’t know how long it sits there. I had an appointment at 8:30 didn’t get called in until 9:30 the doctor actually had to ask the nurse why I was waiting so long for than I told them I had to pick my son up from school by 11 and they continued to run test on me that were not even necessary I have been to many doctors before for a routine physical all I should of got was blood work urine sample blood pressure but they put me on an ekg machine and some thing I had to stand on metal plate I mean what the heck they do that to get as much mo way as possible from our Insurance company I better not find out any of that wasn’t covered and all I wanted was a medication to help me quit smoking that I was told by friends worked for them. I ended up having to leave before they finished god knows what other things they were going to do but after all that she never sent over the medication she said she would give me so I called them and I was told the doctor would call me back and nobody ever called me back. Great hours, pretty convenient. they cover alot of areas here so you dont have to go to a bunch of different places.

The first primary care doctor that I actually felt comfortable with. She was radically genuine, caring and thorough.

Wonderful doctor and great experience. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE! This office is the worst. Dr. Frank is absolutely uncaring and clinical with her patients. My cat's veterinarian has a better beside manner. She once made me have an EKG and a full physical while I was sick with the flu before she would even talk to me, let alone treat me. I had a 102 fever and was shaking with chills, so the EKG had to be repeated several times because I was shaking so badly in the paper gown. She is a borderline sociopath. The office practices are very unfriendly to patients. They repeated tried to schedule me with Dr. Frank after I told them many times I did not, under any circumstances, wish to be her patient anymore. They also charge 75 cents per page to release your medical records TO ANOTHER PROVIDER! Just another way to squeeze money out of their patients. Many doctors charge to copy medical records to the patient who wants to keep them for themselves, but not when a patient has moved and needs to change providers because they live in a new state far away. I have seen Dr. Melanie Frank for over 8 yrs. She is very knowledgeable, caring, professional and friendly. She is a great doctor.

She is an uncaring and unfriendly doctor. Borderline sociopath. She once made me repeat an EKG for a full physical 3 times while i had a 102 fever and was shaking with the chills (flu) before she would treat me. THE WORST.
