My daughter was initially very anxious about her appointment, but when it was time to go, she said “I want to do it again!”. We drove from Montgomery to see Dr. Amy and the entire ride home was about how much fun she had at the dentist. She actually asked to go back every Monday :) Whitney was phenomenal in caring for my daughter and Dr. Amy was definitely worth the drive!

Wonderful experience at Kidstown Dental. From the very beginning, we were all treated with respect, kindness and patience. All staff members were professional, friendly and compassionate. Thank you for taking great care of my little ones.

Our latest visit to Kidstown Dental was for routine cleanings and check-ups for our two kids. The dental professionals at this practice really know how to work with children. I love taking my 2 kids there. My son has been going since he was 1year old and even had his frenectomy there when we moved to Katy. He has always had a fear of anything doctor related due to some other health issues. When he goes, they don’t force him, they talk to him at his level and if it still doesn’t work, they find another solution. Very patient and very thorough. My daughter is 1, and I now take her there too. Love how everyone at the office is so nice every time we go. Highly recommend to anyone!

I’m so happy with the results my kids have received via the Myobrace and A.L.F. appliances. Their teeth were a mess and their habits were horrible. Dr. Amy and Nicole have worked with my kids to stop their bad habits and straighten their teeth. I had one child with an overbite, one with an underbite, and one with a thumb sucking habit whose teeth were growing in around her thumb. Dr. Amy started my kids with a Myobrace which helped them form correct oral habits and has finishing them off with A.L.F.s. I have one still in the process. Our experience with the staff has been positive, encouraging, and joyful. We look forward to going to the dentist! The process has been completely pain free too. I wholeheartedly recommend Kidstown Dental.

My daughter has autism, so I knew it would be a challenge getting her comfortable with dental visits. However, Kidstown and especially Ms. Susie have been unfailingly kind and patient with her. Daphne is in their special needs program and has visited the office once a month to get familiar with the staff & environment. Ms. Susie has worked with her one-on-one, showing her what to do, allowing her to be herself, rewarding her correct behavior with the little fidgets Daph loves, and pushing her just enough to make the progress needed. I am ecstatic to report that now, Daphne stays sitting in the chair and allows the dentist to examine her teeth. Her progress is just amazing! I’m so fortunate we found Kidstown and Ms. Susie. I highly recommend their services, especially to special needs parents!

I’ve been putting off taking my kids to the dentist because I was afraid of if not going very well. Well, I shouldn’t have worried. The staff and atmosphere is so laid back and kid oriented. They don’t rush, they take their time. They explain everything in kid terms and make everything fun. It’s amazing. My kids listen better to the dental hygienist than they do to me! I had nothing to worry about. It was so stress free. Thank you for the business atmosphere geared towards kids/moms and not towards getting in and out.

Every single member of the staff at Kidstown is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. My favorite aspect of this practice is the comprehensive evaluations they perform before and after the procedures, specifically infant frenectomies, to achieve the best outcome for your little one. Healthcare can be difficult to maneuver especially when you’re in a panic because your baby is struggling to feed and gain weight. It’s hard to do the research to find the best doctors and therapists. Kidstown dental is the place to go, they are the best.

This is a follow up on a prior 5 star review that I am unable to make changes to. While Kidstown Dental has been extremely friendly and accomodating, my son was referred out for treatment when his films were reviewed almost 2 weeks after initial visit/xrays and determined that the services initally planned for in office could not be performed there afterall. Second complaint is that now we are getting several consults with adult dental providers and finding out the x-rays done at Kidstown are very blurry/not good enough quality- the problem here being that we used our insurance benefits to cover them,and now have to pay out of pocket for more xrays at new provider. I understand that patients must sometimes be referred out to other providers but Kidstown has been very disorganized in this case and I was never allowed to speak with any of the dentists (after multiple requests to have one call me back). The good news is that we may be able to prevent doing unneccesary dental work that was recommended by kidstown. So if you have younger, anxious children with no permanent teeth, you'll probably have no problem.

It’s hard when you have a child with severe anxiety and dental phobias but Kidstown staff went above & beyond to reassure my son & make his visit as pleasant as possible. I can’t articulate how thankful I am for the experience I had this morning. My son has a fear of gloves from a recent incident not at a dentist/doctor and I mentioned it to Amy and she was SO kind and SO patient with my little man. This isn’t a special needs only clinic - though they have a SN program, second to none. We take all 3 of our kids here, 2 are neurotypical and one is neurodiverse. Being able to have all of my children’s unique needs addressed in one office is an experience I can’t have in most places and I appreciate Kidstown’s ability to do that - and do it well. All of my kids are valued, listened to and cared for. I trust the dentists for my kids routine dental care, oral surgeries and Myobrace program. We’ve moved to Magnolia this year and we will still drive to Katy for Kidstown’s care.

Today was our first visit at Kidstown Dental and it was great. Elizabeth met with us first and she was the sweetest and most patient person ever. She explained the process with us, played with our daughter, and asked questions about her to help her check up go well. Next Dr. Amy came in and checked our little one's teeth. She was gentle and very patient with a 2yr old that did not want anything in her mouth. She put us at ease and gave us a few suggestions on how to kick our little one's binky habit.

This is our third appointment at Kidstown for my eldest son, who is 4 and has sensory issues. We recently moved from the UK where kids just go to see a regular dentist and it was quite an ordeal for him since they aren’t specifically trained in children, especially sensitive ones. Kidstown has been amazing! The staff are so gentle with him, patient with his frequent meltdowns when it gets too much for him and strive to make it a positive experience for each child. I have no doubt that with a few more appointments under our belt, he will look forward to coming and using his usual charms with all the ladies!

We came in to have our 11 week old assessed for lip and tongue ties. Upon arriving, we we received a welcoming greeting at the front desk and were asked for the patient’s name. We filled out all of the paperwork online, which was so easy, and made checking in a lot smoother than a typical first time dental visit. We had a seat in the waiting room which is very open, clean and comfortable. They had Disney songs playing, TVs with cartoons on, and a few toys and stuffed animals for kids to play with. Shortly after sitting down, Courtney, one of their IBCLCs, called us into a room to begin the assessment. She is so friendly, informative, and very thorough in making sure the patient gets all of their questions answered during the process. Courtney was so kind and gentle during the assessment, and made sure to upset our little guy as little as possible, while also being quick and efficient. She explained the whole process as she was doing it. After diagnosing him with a lip and tongue tie, she walked us through everything that comes next in getting them revised, including teaching us the exercises to prepare him for it. From the same room, she was able to book us an appointment with Kidstown’s resident Osteopath, and the appointment for our son’s revision. Courtney made the whole process so easy, and we left the visit feeling very confident that our baby will be in good hands at Kidstown Dental!

I came here bc of all the rave reviews, unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. To start no one ever answers the phone. They do call back but never an answer at the moment I call. I felt a bit inconclusive after the first consult. I would of liked the bodywork consult and after care instructions more explained. It was loud, hot and chaotic. There were kids literally everywhere, I thought I was at a day care instead of a professional dental office (my LO got sick the next day). So not only is he recovering from surgery but got a cold on top of it. Dr. Amy had great beside manner, was very caring but the office itself, just isn’t my cup of tea.

Dr Amy and all of the staff were really helpful, friendly and open to answering all of my questions. We were attended to promptly and all my kids cleanings were done concurrently , so it saved a lot of time. Dental appointments can be a hassle, but this was a wonderful experience.

Dr. Amy and Kendra are attentive, reassuring, and professional. Kendra went above and beyond to get my son an animal balloon, so he would have a positive association with the dentist after his revision. Dr. Amy truly cares about my son! She even took time to ask about a cut on his face to ensure that he is okay.

JUST AWESOME!!! That's the only word I have to describe the excellent service received by Dr. Luedemann and her staff. I can not believe it took me so long to find this place!!! I really love the conservative approach that the practice takes for its treatments...this is definitely a one-of-a-kind practice. Thanks for being so awesome.

Office staff was friendly in person and by phone. First thing I didnt like was the misscomunication between the staff as I was given a procedure price (without insurance) by phone and in person was told a different price that was twice the amount given by phone. Second thing I disliked is that they called and told me we could get an appointment sooner because they had a cancellation. No one ever mentioned the appointment was with a doctor different from the one I had originally scheduled until minutes before the doctor enter the room. Third, I am disappointed with doctor Delgado. (Remember my appointment was not with her). The appointment was meant to be a consultation about a procedure, to know the doctor that will perform (frenectomy). I had many questions and maybe only one was answered by the doctor herself. I mean no disrespect for her assistant as I know they become very knowledgeable about the stuff they are seeing everyday. Because of her is that I dont give 1 star. She was very friendly and answer all my questions. The doctor did not answer questions and left the room without saying a thing and never came back. I dont feel that I met her at all and that I wasted $100+ for nothing. Last but not least, I was told by phone that the procedure could be done the same day, only to find out the baby needed “ortopathic massages” before being ready for it.

As soon as you enter the dentist office, you are greeted with a warm smile which puts you at ease. The set up that they have for tongue and lip ties is amazing. They have a whole body approach making sure that your little one’s body is ready for the procedure. An osteopath does some gentle stretching and manipulation while their IBCLC educates you about the after care and the importance of it. It truly was such a great experience.

My two year old and I couldn’t be happier! A friend recommended Kidstown Dental after we had a very tough first visit to the dentist at another dental office. Kidstown is completely opposite in every way to the office we went to before. Clear explanations

My kids love coming here. Everyone is so kind and patient. You can tell they really love and care for kids.

Dr. Amy and her staff at KD have now corrected 2 of my 3 kids' tongue ties and the results were instantly better and noticeable. From start to finish, the whole process was well explained and everything from whole body to wound care & healing was explained. If you have a baby or child with a tongue or lip tie, these are the people you need to see.

Dr. Luedemann was very thorough in her explanations of the procedures and answered all questions completely.

Dr. Luedemann fit us in for a lip/tongue tie re-revision after a previous provider did an incomplete revision. My daughter and I were really struggling with breastfeeding, and Dr. Luedemann made sure we were taken care of quickly and thoroughly. A week later, we are doing so much better!

Dr. Amy always listens to our concerns. She is a compassionate dentist that really loves the kids. I'm so glad she is in our community.
