Been going to Dr. Watson going on eight years. Always on time as time is an essence. Have been satisfied with the care and always make my appointments for the next check up/procedure in advance when I leave an appointment. I'm a loyal patient as I drive over an hour to get to the Derm. Every time I go I know who I will be seen with for the appointment. Always an assistant unless a procedure. So my appointment was for today and I confirmed the appointment like four different times as the robo calls buzzed up my phone the whole week before the appointment, including the weekend reminding me and asking for confirmation. Left my house at 6:45 to make my 8:15 appointment and I get a call around 7:15 on car phone saying my appointment is canceled due to Johnathan having an emergency and not coming into work. I ask who's Jonathan as my appointment is with Jennifer. I was told Jennifer no longer works here. I understand emergency's but why wasn't I notified about Jennifer leaving and I was put with someone I don't know? This is not the first time my appointment was canceled by the office at the last minute. When it happens your put back into the appointment pool and have to wait AGAIN! I was told they could SEE if Dr Watson could squeeze me in when I expressed my displeasure about the drive I had already started. No thanks I'll go somewhere else that appreciates patients. Dr. Watson doesn't even smile if passing you in the hallway as if your not important to her business. After eight years I'm done. I can't recommend this place.

Great place

Extremely clean, professional and efficient! Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Front desk was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional during check in and check out. Treatment went well. Overall I was completely satisfied.

Dr Watson found two skin cancers so far and excised both. I trust this facility. The receptionist are always cheerful and welcoming as well. I highly recommend it.

My experience was very positive. The staff was very hospitable and answered any question. The PA who worked on me was great, he explained things before he did them and there were no secrets, he explained what I would feel exactly the way he described, it was a positive experience all around.

Beautiful offices, courteous staff and helpful doctors

Dr. Watson is a great dermatologist. She is responsive and caring, as are her PAs Cathy nd Jen. office staff is welcoming and professional, and the office is lovely. I recommend Dermatology Associates of Northwest Florida unconditionally. In fact, both my husband and I go there as well as my father in law and brother in law.

Everyone was patient with me. I am 71 and not very computer savvy. They helped me gain access to the computer so I could fill out the data and entered a lot of the information for me. It made me feel more at ease.

She was afraid to get too close when she learned I wasn't on board with her jab propaganda as it seemed like her main agenda at that time...5 minute exam if I was lucky. Oh she did biopsy an age spot lol

From “soup to nuts,” my initial visit was outstanding in every respect. Dr. Watson was friendly and completed a thorough cancer screening. The staff were very professional and kind. The facility/building is absolutely beautiful, warm, and inviting (other practitioners may also benefit by visiting and seeing the layout, lighting, etc). Also, great use of technology (website and portal) for setting up my profile, check-in, reminders, and overall communication. Pensacola Dermatology is an outstanding example of what 21st century healthcare should provide and thank you everyone for your care!

It was my first visit and I was here to establish with a new doctor after having here from out of state. I found Dr. Watson to be perfunctory, not in the least friendly and unable or unwilling to converse with me in a friendly manner at all. She refused to bill my insurance for removal of Keratosis which I have been having routinely done for years. She called it cosmetic. My insurance has always covered it as these are considered pre-cancerous. Further, I had to insist on the removal of several as seemed seemed put out at doing so even when I said I'd pay out of pocket. I asked to continue with my twice yearly checks as I am fair-skinned, red-headed, and prone to skin growths. My previous dermatologists have ALL, throughout my life, recommended I be on a 6 month schedule. She said I was "good for a year" and if I wanted to be seen in 6 months I could only see her PA. No thank you. This was said in a curt, abrupt, and unhelpful manner. I don't want to see a PA, ever. I don't pe

They are not doctors. I also found the tech who saw me first to be uniformed, not very bright seeming, and she came in chawing away on gum which was grossly unprofessional and juvenile. It's nasty. She grilled me about what I was there for (a skin check! and keratosis removal!) and when I couldn't remember the medical terms "keratosis" she said, "do you mean skin tags?" No. I'm in a doctor's office, and we're not going to be using slang terms of no particular meaning to describe skin growths. Seriously? "Skin tags?" The young lady instilled no confidence in me, was annoying and unprofessional, and set a poor tone. Overall I'm rather shocked. I'm not used to such unfriendly, unprofessional, and unhelpful behavior. Dr. Watson does not seem happy in her chosen field, or perhaps she has some kind of disorder and is unable to display social skills with patients. I see a lot of reviews with similar complaints, so it's not me and not a bad day. After freezing off a few keratoses I was not even given any ointment to apply to the freeze burns there in the office. Unbelievable. I won't be back, thanks very much.

LOVE THIS PRACTICE. Amy brings so much professionalism to her work.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr Watson on Thursday last week. I went for a full body skin scan that I had scheduled a month ago, and she literally spend 2 min in the room with me .. looked at the UPPER part of my back and HALF of my arms on the side next to where she was standing. Said 3 sentences to me, didn’t ask me ONE question and left the room. Almost felt like a I was seen by a ROBOT not a real life doctor. I spent more time filling out the papers so her staff can bill my insurance properly and kept saying that to me over and over with smirky smile on their faces. Every business is open to make money but that was a bit tacky. Not to mention I paid $135 out of pocket for those 2 minutes! I thought she comes from the good old times when doctors cared about the patients well being and health genuinely more than papers and forms, but I was so wrong and I would never go back or recommend her or her office to anyone that asks me. I saw Dr. Watson and felt very dismissed about my concerns, like I was wasting her time by being there. They also tried to double charge for my visit. The office had billed my insurance, insurance paid, and then tried to bill me for the same thing because they never applied the payment from my insurance to my account. I had to get my insurance company involved to deal with the office. They suddenly found the payment once my insurance called them and refunded my co-pay because the insurance said they never should have collected that in the first place. Easy to get an appointment. She is very good. My face is doing so much better. Update: I went in for a skin cancer screening and they found stage 0 melanoma. She removed the cancer and surrounding tissue is clear. Thank you for finding it early.

Physician Assistant Kathy was very professional and knowledgeable. She provide quick diagnostic insight during my visit. I was pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend the practice.

I was in and out quicker than most other doctor appointments. I didnt have to wait long to see the PA and she was very nice and gave me hope for treating my acne. I have literally tried everything except accutane but she had new options for me. The office staff was friendly and the office itself looked and smelled wonderful.
